Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a sound field panel system suitable for an interior of a soundproof room or the like.
【0002】[0002]
In general, soundproof rooms and other interiors have sound field panels attached to the walls to absorb and reverberate sound. There are various types of sound field panels, but their sizes are determined in accordance with ordinary building material panels. In addition, there is also one in which a base material such as glass wool is attached to the back side of the sound field panel, or a base material is attached to the wall surface and the sound field panel is attached on the base material to enhance the sound insulation effect.
【0003】[0003]
The sound absorption and reverberation of a sound field panel is greatly affected by the material, thickness, and combination of the constituent members, thus complicating the structure and increasing the processing cost. Moreover, it is not easy to design an optimal soundproof wall structure because the soundproof room to be constructed varies in size and shape, and if the ceiling height is different, it is necessary to cut or join sound field panels. Not only does this reduce the construction efficiency, but it also destroys the structure of the sound field panel and significantly impairs its function.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and any soundproof room or the like can be provided with a sufficient function, the construction is simple, and the panel is cut. However, the problem is to provide a sound field panel system that does not deteriorate its function.
【0005】[0005]
As a means for technically solving this problem, the present invention provides a rail member attached to a wall surface via a vibration-proof rubber and at least a vertical direction attached to the rail member via a fixing member and a pressing member. A sound field panel system comprising a sound insulation wall panel and a sound field panel divided into two parts, wherein the fixing member includes an upper fixing member and a lower fixing member which are respectively fixed to upper and lower ends of the sound insulating wall panel. The lower fixing member is formed with a projecting portion projecting forward, and an engaging pin is erected on the projecting portion, and the retaining member is provided with the engaging pins arranged side by side at a predetermined interval. The sound insulation wall panel is fixed to the rail member with screws or the like, and the sound field panel is provided with holes at upper and lower end surfaces, respectively, and the engaging pin of the lower fixing member is fitted into the hole at the lower end surface. One of the engaging pins of the pressing member is fitted into the hole of the surface, and the other engaging pin of the pressing member is fitted into a hole formed at the upper end of the sound insulation wall panel, and the pressing member is fitted into the rail member. The gist is that the sound field panel is attached to the sound field panel by fixing it with a screw or the like, and an air layer is appropriately provided between the sound field panel and the sound insulation wall panel.
【0006】[0006]
By combining the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel, performance suitable for the soundproof room and the like can be given, and the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel can be easily attached by the rail member, the fixing member, and the pressing member. It is easy to install, and the sound insulation panel and sound field panel are divided into at least two parts in the vertical direction. Moreover, since it is not a composite material but a single material, its function is not impaired even if it is cut, and the ceiling height is high. Even if the size is different, it can be easily dealt with.
【0007】[0007]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a wall surface of a soundproof room or the like, and rail members 2 are laterally attached to the upper and lower portions of the wall surface with appropriate gaps interposed therebetween. The rail member 2 is formed of, for example, an iron plate having a thickness of 0.7 mm so that screws can be directly placed on it.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a sound insulation wall panel, the height of which is 1/2 or less of the ceiling height and is set appropriately in consideration of the interval between the rail portions 2, and the upper fixing member 5 and the lower portion are provided at the upper and lower ends thereof. A fixing member composed of the fixing member 6 is attached.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper fixing member 5 has an L-shaped cross section and has a hole 5 a at the center of a horizontal piece thereof. The hole 5 a is formed at the upper end of the sound insulation wall panel 4. The holes 4a are aligned with each other. The lower fixing member 6 is formed to have an L-shaped cross section, and a horizontal piece of the lower fixing member 6 is protruded forward to provide a projecting portion 6a, and an engaging pin 6b is provided upright at a key part of the projecting portion. At least one pair of upper and lower fixing members 5 and 6 are attached to the upper and lower end surfaces of the sound insulation wall panel 4.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a sound field panel, the height of which is set to be substantially the same as that of the sound insulation wall panel 4, and holes 7a are formed at the upper and lower ends thereof, respectively.
Reference numeral 8 denotes an upper pressing member, which is formed to have an L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 3 and has two engaging pins 8a and 8b provided upright at a predetermined interval on the lower surface of the horizontal piece. . Reference numeral 9 denotes an intermediate pressing member, which is formed in a flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 4, and has two engaging pins 9a and 9b provided on the lower surface thereof at a predetermined interval in the same manner as the upper pressing member. It is being touched.
In order to attach the sound insulation wall panel 4 and the sound field panel 7, first, the lower sound insulation wall panel 4 is directly fixed to the rail member 2 with a screw or the like, and the sound field panel 7 is attached to the engaging pin 6 b of the lower fixing member 6. While being fitted into the hole 7a on the lower end surface, one engaging pin 9a of the intermediate pressing member 9 is in the upper hole 4a of the sound insulation wall panel 4, and the other engaging pin 9b is in the upper hole 7a of the sound field panel 7. The intermediate portion pressing member 9 is attached by fitting them into each other.
Next, the upper sound insulation wall panel 4 ′ is fixed to the rail member 2 with screws or the like, and at this time, the lower fixing member 6 ′ is brought into contact with the intermediate pressing member 9 so that there is no gap. Then, the engaging pin 6'b of the lower fixing member 6'of the sound insulation wall panel 4'is fitted into the hole 7'a at the lower end of the upper sound field panel 7 ', and one engaging pin of the upper holding member 8 is engaged. 8a is fitted in the hole 4'a at the upper end of the sound insulation wall panel 4 ', and the other engaging pin 8b is fitted in the hole 7'a at the upper end of the sound field panel 7', and the upper pressing member 8 is attached to the rail member. The upper sound field panel 7'can be fixed by attaching it to 2 with screws or the like, and at the same time, the lower sound field panel 7 can also be fixed.
In this way, the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel can be attached, and the air layer 10 is formed between these panels. The distance S between the air layers 10 can be arbitrarily adjusted by changing the length L of the protruding portion 6a of the lower fixing member 6, that is, by changing the position of the engaging pin. Accordingly, the engagement pin interval M of the upper pressing member 8 and the intermediate pressing member 9 is also changed accordingly. By the way, if the distance S between the air layers 10 is increased, the absorption in the low frequency range can be improved. Furthermore, since the air layer 11 is formed between the sound insulation wall panel 4 and the wall surface 1, the sound absorbing effect can be further enhanced.
In the interior work of a soundproof room or the like, both the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel are divided into upper and lower parts and have a height of 1/2 or less of the ceiling. It can be easily constructed by adding or cutting a half. Furthermore, since both the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel are made of a single material and are not a composite structure that combines special members, there is no problem in cutting them anywhere and there is no loss in their performance.
【0016】[0016]
As described above, according to the present invention, the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel are divided into at least two parts in the upward and downward directions, and the sound insulation wall panel is fixed to the rail members on the wall surface by attaching the fixing members to the upper and lower ends. Since the field panel is engaged with the engaging pin of the fixing member of the sound insulation wall panel and is fixed to the rail member by engaging the pressing member at the upper end, an air layer is formed between the sound insulation wall panel and the sound field panel. Moreover, the distance between the air layers can be adjusted by changing the position of the engaging pin of the fixing member. This makes it possible to easily create soundproofing performance that meets the requirements of any soundproofing room, etc., and flexibly cope with different ceiling heights, which simplifies construction and cuts panels. However, even if it does not deteriorate its function, an excellent effect can be obtained. Therefore, it becomes possible to easily improve the sound insulation and the sound field property of the room of the existing building, and the conventional inconvenience that the sound insulation wall and the sound field panel must be installed in advance at the time of construction is required. It can be resolved.
