施例では引き違い戸14となつている。もちろん
側部窓部11、前面窓部13は図の実施例の嵌め
殺し、引き違い等のみに限定されないものであ
る。図中15は網戸である。この出窓本体部2は
両袖枠7に設けた固定片16を建物の柱17又は
壁6に固着具18によつて固着される。ひさし部
5はひさし用枠体19、下地板20、前ひさし2
1、上ひさし22、カバープレート23、ロール
雨戸装置26を組立てて形成してあつて内部にロ
ール雨戸収納部4が形成される。ひさし用枠体1
9は台形状に前枠板25の両側後端を背板24の
前面に固着してあり、前枠板25にはロール雨戸
装置26取付用の取付ブラケツト53が設けてあ
る。ロール雨戸装置26は3本のロール27と、
各ロール27を支持するL形支持板28と、各ロ
ール27を連結する自在継手29と、モータ30
を支持するモータ支持枠31と、モータ30のプ
ーリ32と中央のロール27のプーリ33とを結
ぶベルト又はチエン34と、各ロール27に一端
を取付けたロール雨戸3とで構成してある。各L
形支持板28、モータ支持枠31はそれぞれ取付
けブラケツト53に固着具35によつて固着して
ある。ところで前枠板25はひさし部5内で前部
と後部とに仕切る仕切りAとなつており、仕切り
Aによつて仕切ることでひさし部5内の前部がロ
ール雨戸収納部4となつている。ここで前枠板2
5には点検用孔部36が穿孔してあつて、モータ
30はこの点検用孔部36に対向して配設される
ものである。点検用孔部36には点検蓋37がボ
ルト38にて着脱自在に取付けてある。この場合
パツキンBを介してボルト38を締付けることで
水密性を確保している。ひさし用枠体19には下
地枠支持部40が設けてあつて、これに下地板2
0を載設して固着し、下地板20上に上ひさし2
2が載設される。また上ひさし22の外周下部に
前ひさし21が取付けられる。更に前ひさし21
の下部にはカバープレート23が取付けられる。
上記のような構成のひさし部5は、建物の壁6に
ひさし用枠体19の背板24部分で固着具41に
よつて固着される。またこの場合上ひさし22の
フランジ部42も固着具で壁6に固着される。と
ころで上記のように出窓本体部2とひさし部5と
をそれぞれユニツトとして壁6に固着するのであ
るが、この場合、まず出窓本体部2を壁6に固着
し、次いでひさし部5を出窓本体部2上に載せ、
この状態でひさし部5を壁6に取付けるようにす
るとロール雨戸装置26を組込んで重たくなつた
ひさし部5を取付けのあいだじゅう手でささえつ
づける必要がなく簡単に取付けることができるも
のである。上記のようにパツキンBを介在させる
ことで気密性、水密性を保つている。また出窓本
体部2の上部とひさし部5とは連結金具43によ
つて連結する。図中44は天井板支持金物であつ
て壁6に固着され、上横枠8、袖枠7の上部に設
けた載置片47と天井板支持金物44上に天井板
45が載置される。ここで天井板45はもち上げ
て浮かせることで取りはずすことができ、天井部
分に生じた開口46より手を入れて点検蓋37を
取りはずし、点検用孔部36からモータ30や配
線あるいは機械部分を保守、点検できるようにし
てある。図中48はレールであつて、レール48
は袖枠7を構成する縦枠49とこれに着脱自在に
取付けるガイドカバー50とで構成してある。縦
枠49の外面及びガイドカバー50の内面に突片
51を設け、この突片51同士を重ねてねじ具5
2によつて着脱自在に連結すると共に縦枠49外
面とガイドカバー50内面とをすき間を介して対
向させることで凹状のレール48を形成するので
ある。ここでレール48を縦枠49とこれに着脱
自在に取付けるガイドカバー50の2つの部材で
構成することで、ロール雨戸3が破損したりして
取替えたり、修理したりする場合にガイドカバー
50を取りはずすことで第9図のようにロール雨
戸3を取りはずすことができるのである。つまり
ロール雨戸3は多数の雨戸素体を上下に係止して
連結しているものであるからロール雨戸3の雨戸
素体を第9図のようにして抜くことで取りはずせ
るのである。第10図には本発明の他の実施例が
示してあり、縦枠49の2つの突片51のうち一
方の突片51に係止片56を設け、ガイドカバー
50の2つの突片51のうち他方に被係止片57
を設けて、係止片56と被係止片57とを係止す
ると共に他方の突片51同士をねじ具52によつ
て着脱自在に連結してある。また第11図の実施
