縮したものが用いられる。そのような濃縮手段は公知の
手段から適宜選択することができる。本発明のミネラル
焼成物のミネラル含量は、原料ホエー及び濃縮手段によ
り異なるが、一般に酸カゼインホエーより得られたもの
はカルシウム含量が多く、チーズホエーより得られたも
のはカリウム含量が多いので、ぞれぞれカルシウムの補
給剤及びカリウムの補給剤として用いられる。以下に本
