Abstract

PURPOSE:To have the cooking of foodstuffs finished in a good state in a short period of heating time by providing a control unit which judges whether a tray should be rotated according to the number of foodstuffs to be heated and which, in the case of a single foodstuff, positions the foodstuff automatically in the vicinity of heating means (electric heating units) whichever place on the tray the foodstuff may be set on. CONSTITUTION:The heat-cooking apparatus has electric heaters 3, 6, for heating foodstuffs to be heated in a heating chamber, a tray 8 on which the foodstuffs are set and which is provided rotatably, a drive motor 9 for rotatably driving the tray 8, a light source 4 for irradiating the foodstuffs with visible rays of light. A light- receiving element 11 is provided which receives the visible rays of light reflected by the foodstuffs irradiated from the light source 4 and which outputs detection signals corresponding to luminous intensity of the reflected light. A control unit is provided which judges the number of foodstuffs to be heated according to the detection signals from the light-receiving means 11 and controls heat-cooking in such a way that, in the case of a single foodstuff, the rotation of the tray 8 is stopped so as to position the foodstuff in the vicinity of the electric heaters 3, 6 and that, in the case of a plurality of foodstuffs, the tray 8 is rotated.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a heating cooker such as an electric oven, a gas oven or a microwave oven with an electric heating device, when an object to be heated stored in a heating chamber is heated and browned, the object to be heated is placed on a saucer. There are two types, one is placed and heating is performed with the saucer fixed, and the other is that the saucer is rotatable and heated.

Particularly, in the case of performing high frequency heating, in many cases, the saucer is rotatable in order to uniformly perform high frequency heating, and in many cases, the saucer is also rotatable during heating by an electric heating device. In this case, for example, since the electric heating device for browning the bread is often provided at a position slightly off the center of the plane of the heating chamber, when two breads are placed on the saucer for heating. In the case where the saucer is fixed, the portion near the electric heating device is quickly browned, and the portion far from the electric heating device is hard to be browned, so that uniform cooking cannot be performed.

FIG. 6 shows a circuit in which cadmium sulfide CdS, which is a photoconductive element having a smaller resistance value as the illuminance received is brighter, is used as the above-mentioned light receiving element 11.
This circuit has a resistor R1 and the other end of CdS11 whose one end is grounded.
Are connected in series, and the voltage Vc is applied to the other end of the resistor R1. The other end of the CdS 11 is connected to the input port An of the control unit 12 (the interface 13 is omitted) via the filter 18 including the resistor R2 and the capacitor C2. Therefore, if the resistance value Rc of the CdS 11 decreases, the input voltage to the control unit 12 decreases accordingly.

FIG. 7 is a voltage characteristic diagram showing changes in the input voltage to the control unit 12 when the pan 17 is placed on the pan 8 and the pan 8 is rotated. At the same time, this input voltage changes to the maximum point A and the minimum point B. By using a synchronous motor as the drive motor 9 for rotating the tray 8, the number of rotations can be determined in synchronization with the power supply frequency, and the time required for rotating the tray 8 once can be made constant. . That is, when the input voltage is at the minimum point B, the position of the loaf of bread 17 passes through the vicinity of the electric heaters 3 and 6, and the drive motor 9 is stopped after a certain period of time from when the minimum point B was input. As a result, the bread 17 can be stopped near the electric heaters 3 and 6.

As described above, when the bread 17 is heated and cooked, the pan 8 is first rotated once to receive the light receiving element (CdS).
The position of the loaf bread 17 is detected by the input voltage (detection signal) from 11 to the control section 12, and the loaf motor 9 is stopped after a predetermined time from when this input voltage detects the minimum point B, so that the loaf bread 17 is automatically made. It can be stopped at a position near the electric heaters 3 and 6, and the electric heaters 3 and 6 perform cooking at this position.

When the cooking is advanced by the electric heaters 3 and 6, the surface of the bread 17 is burnt, so that the illuminance of the visible light received by the light receiving element 11 becomes dark, and the input voltage to the control unit 12 is reduced. Changes and this input voltage rises as the surface of the loaf bread 17 is browned, and this input voltage is detected to detect the finished state of the loaf bread 17 to control the power supply to the electric heaters 3 and 6, The bread 17 can be cooked by heating to a good finish.

When the two breads 17 are placed on the tray 8 and heating and cooking are started, the input voltage input to the control unit 12 during the one rotation of the tray 8 becomes the minimum point B twice. As described above, when there is a plurality of input voltages that become the minimum point B during one rotation of the pan 8, the control unit 1
2 determines that the plurality of breads 17 have been placed on the saucer 8 and drives the drive motor 9 until the heating and cooking are completed.

In the above embodiment, the light source 4 is connected to the ceiling 2 of the heating chamber 1.
Although it may be provided on the bottom plate 5 of the heating chamber 1 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when the light source 4 is provided on the bottom plate 5, the detection result of the light receiving element 11 indicates that the tray 8 is Since the bread 17 is formed in a mesh shape, visible light is blocked by the bread 17 at the portion where the bread 17 is located as shown in FIG. Since visible light is blocked by the mesh-shaped tray 8 in the part, it is repeatedly turned on and off. When the bread 17 is one, the signal is as shown in FIG. 10, and when a plurality of breads 17 are placed. Shows that the visible light from the light source 4 is blocked by the bread 17 for a long time, and it is possible to determine whether the bread 17 is single or plural by the time when the visible light is blocked, and the tray 8 is stopped based on this determination result. Or cook it Performing cooked only dish 8 determines whether to cooked while being rotated.

1. A heating cooker comprising: heating means for heating an object to be heated in a heating chamber; a rotatably provided tray on which the object to be heated is placed; and a drive device for rotationally driving the tray. A light source that irradiates the object to be heated with visible light, and a light receiving unit that receives visible light emitted from the light source and reflected by the object to be heated, and outputs a detection signal corresponding to the illuminance of the reflected light, The number of objects to be heated is judged from the detection signal from the light receiving means. When the number is one, the saucer is stopped and the objects to be heated are positioned in the vicinity of the heating means. A heating cooker characterized by being provided with a control section for performing.
