本考案はトング側ガイドパイプ下端に異物受皿
を設け、トング振れ止め間の接触により生ずる異
物の地上設備・製品上への落下を防止する装置に

自動クレーンにおいて吊荷作業を効率的に行な
うためその作業内容によつてはトングを用いるこ
とがある。このトングはクレーンのクラブからワ
イヤーにて昇降自在に吊垂支持されている。従つ
てこのトングが上昇したとき、また上昇位置でト
ングを静止させクレーン(クラブをも含む)を移
動させるとトングは振れる。これを防ぐため、ク
ラブとトング間に振れ止めを設ける。この振れ止
めは第4図に示すようにクラブ側にガイド棒を垂
設し、これと対向するようにしてトング側にガイ
ドパイプを設けトング上昇時ガイド棒がガイドパ
イプ内に嵌入され、トングの振れ止めを行なうよ
うにしたもの、また第5図に示すようにクラブ側
にガイドパイプを垂設し、これと対向する位置の
トング側にガイド棒を突設したものがある。しか
しこのいずれの方式にあつてもトング上昇時、ガ
イド棒がガイドパイプ内に嵌入される時ガイド
棒、ガイドパイプの接触によりガイド棒外周面、
ガイドパイプ内周面等に付着しているごみなどの
不純物、あるいはガイド棒、パイプの研削等によ
り異物が生じ、これが地上設備上あるいは製品上
に落下することがしばしばある。しかもこの不純
物(異物)が地上の製品や設備上に落下している
のを確認することは困難である。この異物が例え
ばプレスライン用コイルヤードのコイル上に落下
しているのをその状態でプレス加工すれば不良品
が生じることとなる。

下方の製品あるいは設備上への落下を防止するこ
