ロック3は、袋内への進入に伴い逆さ四角錐台形状の楔
作用で袋偏平部分の押し拡げを行っていく。なお、腰の
強い袋の場合には、開袋ブロック3の支持パイプ5を通
して空気を送り込むようにすると、開袋が効果的に行わ
れる。図2(d)に示すように、開袋ブロック3は、さ
らに袋Wの底まで進入して角床を形成する。これととも
に、前記一対のバキュームパッド1,1が袋底部に対応
する高さに下降する。なお、上下に二対のバキュームパ
ッドを備えておいて、作業分担させてもよい。続いて開
袋ブロック3が袋Wの底に達すると、図1(b)に示す
ように、袋Wの地シールされた耳部W2が袋Wの背貼り
シールW3の反対側へ傾くので、図2(e)に示すよう
に、袋下面にヒーター4を密着し前記開袋ブロック3と
共同して耳部W2を横に折れた状態に圧着加熱すること
により該耳部W2の横に折れた形状を固定化するととも
に、角袋Wの底部となる左右の袋前面とガセット面の三
角形状の重なり部W4,W4及び袋後面とガセット面の
三角形状の重なり部W5,W5を加熱接着する。その

可動ブロック6を所要寸法xだけ下降させることによっ
て該折り目出し板9の中途の突起を楔作用で外方へ押圧
して該折り目出し板9の下端を拡げて袋Wの角床の四方
の縁辺を強く緊張させ四方の折り目出しを行う。続いて
図3(d)に示すように、折り目出し板可動ブロック6
を所要上昇復帰させて折り目出し板9の下端を内方へ復
帰し、一対のチャック装置10,10をチャック解除
