Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of a photosensitive film and to eliminate the need for a positive film by forming the film by one time of irradiating without repeating coating, drying, coating procedures in the image formation to form the photosensitive film on a screen fabric which is a screen surface. CONSTITUTION:A screen frame 4 covered with the screen fabric 3 is so held in a container 2 that the surface of this screen fabric 3 is held level. A photosetting fluid material 1 which is cured by light is injected into this container 2 until a specified thickness is attained on the surface of the screen fabric 3 and thereafter, the photosetting fluid material 1 is partially irradiated with the light to cure the photosetting fluid material 1 at the irradiated point. The photosetting fluid material 1 of the part not irradiated with the light is removed from the screen fabric 3 after the completion of the curing, by which the image by the photosetting fluid material 1 is formed on the screen fabric 3.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, for screen printing plates, a gauze is put on an aluminum frame, and the non-image area of the gauze is crushed by some method to prevent ink from passing through to form a plate image. Printing is performed by squeegeeing the ink from above and pressing the ink against the printing medium. Next, as an example of forming a plate image, what is commonly used for a large plate having a size of about 1 m × 1 m or more will be described. In this method, the frame with the gauze is leaned against a wall at an angle of 80 ° to 90 °, and a boat-shaped bucket is filled with 60 to 70% of the volume of photosensitive liquid, and the tip of the bucket is pressed against the gauze. The bucket is slid from the upper part of the screen frame to the lower part of the screen frame so that the contact photosensitive solution flows out from the tip of the bucket to the surface of the mesh, and the photosensitive solution is attached to the surface of the mesh. After applying, dry,
The drying is repeated, and a photosensitive film of about 10 μ is formed by applying 7 or 8 times. The positive film is brought into close contact with the surface of the gauze on which the photosensitive film is formed in this manner, and exposed by a chemical lamp or a high-pressure mercury lamp for baking. In the photosensitive layer, the part where light is incident changes to a water-insoluble substance, but the part where light is not incident remains as a water-soluble material, so the part where light does not enter due to water immersion or a spray gun The photosensitive layer flows out and development is performed.

However, the formation of the photosensitive film on the gauze has the following drawbacks. 1) It is necessary to apply and dry the photosensitive solution 7 to 8 times. 2) Skill is required to uniformly form a photosensitive film. 3) A vacuum printing machine or the like is required to bring the positive film for printing into close contact with the plate. 4) Of the photosensitive film, the part to which light did not enter is removed, but since it is generally washed out with water, the photosensitive solution dissolved in water cannot be reused as it is. The present invention was conceived in view of the above-mentioned points, and an object thereof is to eliminate such drawbacks and to provide an image forming method for a screen printing plate with a simple structure and high efficiency. is there.

[Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the means for achieving the object is to fix a screen frame to a container having a predetermined size so that the surface of the gauze is horizontal, and to fix the photocurable fluid substance to the gauze. It is poured into a container so that the surface has a predetermined thickness, and the laser beam is applied to the area where the laser beam is to be blocked to cure the photocurable material in the same area. It is a method of forming an image on a gauze by removing a fluid substance.

[Function] Since the laser beam can cure the photocurable fluid substance having a thickness of about several tens of μ by one irradiation, the fluid substance is injected into the gauze surface once to form a cured film of a predetermined thickness. You can There is no need to repeat coating and drying on the screen surface. Further, since the laser beam can draw an image directly on the surface of the gauze by the image signal, the positive film is not necessary. Therefore, a vacuum printing machine is not required. Further, since the unirradiated photocurable liquid substance is not diluted with water, it can be used as many times as it is.

As described above, according to the present invention, when a photosensitive film is formed on the screen surface of the gauze, it is possible to perform predetermined coating without repeating coating, drying and coating every several μ as in the conventional method. It is possible to form a cured film having a thickness of 1 by irradiation with a laser beam once. Further, it is easy to make the thickness of the photosensitive film uniform in each part of the gauze by holding the gauze surface horizontally and irradiating it with a laser beam. Further, since the film is drawn directly on the gauze, a positive film or the like is unnecessary, and therefore a vacuum printing machine or the like for bringing the positive film into close contact with the photosensitive film is also unnecessary. Further, since the unexposed portion of the photo-sensitive fluid substance is recovered, the material is not wasted.
