あった。 1) 回転継手は,その機能上,回転部と静止部が有
り,その間で摺動するので,摩耗は避けられず取替えが
必要となる。 2) スリップリングは,形式にもよるが,摺動形式で
は寿命問題や振動による断線問題が発生し,メインテナ
ンスが必要である。 3) ロータヘッド内は,構造上,メインテナンススペ
ースが狭く,回転継手やスリップリングのメインテナン
スが困難である。 4) 遊星増速機の静止部に油孔(3本)とケーブルを
通す必要があるが,特に油孔内の圧力は120kg/cm2と
高圧なので,厳重な油もれ対策が必要である。 5) ロータヘッド内に油圧系統が有るので,万一油も
れが発生すると外部へ飛散し,タワーの汚れや地上汚染
の問題が生じる。 6) 危急停止時には,油圧とアキュームレータ圧力で
ブレードピッチをフェザーリング位置に作動させ保持す
るが,パワーステーション停電により所内電気が喪失す
ると,ポンプが停止して油圧が喪失するので,フェザー
リング位置に固定することができなくなり,風力により

ロッドの根元部にピストンロッドが取付けられた油圧シ
リンダと,上記貫通孔の中に設けられた危急停止用ばね
とを具備したことを特徴とする風車のピッチ可変装置を
