た開閉自在のシートグリツパー11に、転写紙の
先端がグリツパー11と転写ドラム9との間で挟
持される。そして、押えローラ(しごきローラ)
12によつて転写紙はドラム周面に密接するよう
にしごかれつつ巻き付けられ、転写紙先端側と前
述した感光体ドラム4上の可視像形成領域の先端
とが転写位置13においてタイミングを合せて重
り合い、転写チヤージヤ14により上記可視像が
転写紙に転写される。この転写後、感光体ドラム
4上の残留トナーはクリーニング装置10により
除去される。

パヒ11と転写紙先端の出合い時から少しの間
で、グリツパースピードより転写紙スピードを速
く動かして挿入させる必要がある。しかし、この
