The adhesive surface of such a film composite does not easily peel off or shift under normal handling, but if necessary, a peeling force in a 90° or 180° direction may be applied to the adhesive surface. The constituent resin layers on both sides of this surface as a boundary are peeled off from each other, and the surface after peeling does not exhibit any adhesiveness. This special adhesive surface (hereinafter referred to as the lead adhesive surface in some cases)
In recent years, film composites having the following have been gradually put into practical use as constituent materials for multi-layered display labels or cards with coated stickers (for example, Utility Model Application No. 61-204729, etc.).

It is formed by adhering a covering seal, which normally hides the display on the card substrate surface, and if necessary, when the covering seal is peeled off, the covering seal is removed from the lead adhesion surface between the resin layers of the film composite. The display is readable through the transparent resin film on one side of the film composite that is separated and left on the base material surface.

It is also possible to use it in a two-page spread format. In such double-page spread or expandable cards, the inner part of the covering seal, which was conventionally discarded, can also be used as an information writing surface, and it is expected that it will be possible to provide, for example, postcards and other practically useful articles. The simplest structure for this is, for example, if the opposite sides of a folded card are glued together using the film composite so that they can be spread open, the information on the front and back four sides (two pieces) can be combined into one card. It will be contained.

For this reason, for example, if one side (half) of the front side of the card is used to print the destination (and sender's) address, which is essential for postcards, the remaining side (half) can only be used for data printing, and the back side, which is folded, can be used for printing the data. can only be used to pre-print fixed items such as advertisements and messages. Furthermore, if the front two sides are used to print necessary data, etc., it becomes necessary to display the address etc. on the back side by some means, which causes the trouble of having to double the printing process.

A card base material having a three-layer structure and at least two thermoplastic resin layers of different materials releasably fused to each other by pressure bonding in a molten state, and between at least one opposing surface of the card base material. The present invention is solved by a developable laminated card characterized in that it consists of a film composite that is adhesively sandwiched between.

The other facing surfaces are fixed with a common adhesive or the like. As a result, for example, the display on the one facing surface on which data etc. are printed is always covered from the outside by folding the sheet,
Then, the surface on which the destination address and the like are printed is folded and adhered to the combined body resulting from this folding, thereby forming a card with an integrated appearance.

Since the adhesive strength is extremely weak compared to the adhesive strength, the card always peels off along the composite surface of the film composite, and the central part and door part of the card are unfolded to the left and right. In this case, each film layer of the film composite is adhered to the surface of each base card, but
If each layer is made of a transparent film, there will be no problem in reading the writing on each surface.

It can also be easily carried out in a form suitable for mass production by using an ordinary gluing finishing machine or by using wet seal paper.

る。 Furthermore, the card of the present invention can be folded into any number of cards, not just the three-fold format described above. For example, if the sheet is folded in four in a W-shape, the two sides in the center are the folding surfaces with lead adhesive, and the left and right doors that are folded outward are used as the address and other printing surfaces, then the four sides of the sheet are It can be used as an effective printing surface,
The back side without printing is used as the adhesive surface.
Of course, it is also possible to interpose a film composite on the adhesive surface to make more effective use of the writing surface.

On the other hand, on the inside of this heat-sealed area on the lead adhesive surface, a peeling surface made of silicone or the like is formed to serve as a tension (peeling allowance) for peeling off the film composite using this lead adhesive surface as a boundary when the card is developed. It is preferable.

い。 FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the film composite 3 used in the present invention, in which the film composite 3 is adhered to a pair of release papers 8, 8 through transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 7, respectively.
25 μm transparent polyethylene terephthalate film (hereinafter referred to as PET film) 4 and polyethylene terephthalate film (hereinafter referred to as PET film) whose surface has been subjected to corona discharge or anchor coating treatment.
A bonding layer 5 of transparent polyethylene resin (hereinafter referred to as PE resin) is placed between the PET film (hereinafter referred to as PET film) 6 at a temperature of 300 to 310, which is slightly lower than the normal lamination temperature.
It is melted at a temperature of .degree. C. and supplied in a layer thickness of about 20 .mu.m, and is pressed together with both films 4 and 6 and cooled. In this case, the PTE film 6 of the film composite 3 has a bonding layer 5 of PE resin due to its corona discharge machined surface.
However, the PET film 4 that has not undergone such processing is simply fused to the bonding layer 5 of PE resin by wetting during melting, solidifies during cooling, and has a peel strength (180°). A composite surface 4-5 with peeling of about 10 to 15 g/cm 2 is formed. Although this composite surface 4-5 does not easily peel or shift due to the action of normal handling, if necessary, the film layers 4-5 may be separated by a 180° angle greater than the above value.
When a directional peeling force is applied, the film is easily peeled off, and no tackiness remains on the film surface after the peeling, which is the case when bonded with a normal pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Along with this, the card base material 1 becomes a card state in which the central portion 2A and the left door portion 2B are expanded. In this case, the printing and other descriptions on the sheets 2A and 2B of the card base material can be read through the transparent films 4, 6, and 5. Further, once the card is developed in this manner, no adhesive remains on the composite surface of the film composite 3, so that it is impossible to restore the card to its original state.

It is desirable that the films do not peel off easily during the process, but this is achieved by bonding the films together with appropriate peeling force through lead adhesion, and in particular by applying heat-sealed areas 10 to the side edges of the film composite 3 along the peeled end surface of the card. The central portions 12A, 12B of 2 are folded in the direction of arrow c with their surfaces (printed surfaces) facing each other, and a film composite (not shown) having a lead adhesive surface is adhesively sandwiched between the opposing surfaces. Also sheet 12
The door portions 12C and 12D at both ends of the card are folded back along the direction of arrow a with the printed surfaces facing up, and fixed with an adhesive to form a single laminated card. In this case, the entire surface of the sheet 12 (4 of 12A-12D)
All sides (sides) are effectively used for printing, while the back side of the sheet is used for gluing the sides of the card together.

For this purpose, a composite consisting of the PE resin layer 5 and the PET film 4 may be used by removing the PET film 6 on the side subjected to electrical discharge machining from the film composite 3 of Example 1. Other structures and functions are basically the same as those shown in FIG.

For example, for postcards, the Z-shape, that is, the three-layer structure is preferable from the viewpoint of weight limitations, but depending on the application, a four-layer structure as in Example 2 or a multi-layer structure may be used. Furthermore, in the case of a three-layer structure, the Z-shaped structure described above is preferable from the viewpoint of manufacturing and handling, but a structure in which the left and right doors overlap each other on the same side of the central part is also possible. Used in some cases.
