The taste is also extracted from the character-patterned kelp piece 1, and the character-patterned kelp piece 1 is swollen with boiling water and restored to the state obtained by cutting out the raw algae kelp, revealing the character pattern, and making it visually appealing. Now you can drink it while looking at the restored lettering. Also, I was able to enjoy the texture of the character-patterned kelp piece 1.

て割れたりしないようになつている。 The character-patterned kelp piece 1 is formed by soaking or spraying raw algae 1a in sweet vinegar or other liquid to moisten it and punching it into characters or patterns using a mold. As for the character pattern, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the character "Kotobuki" is punched out from the raw algae 1a, but other characters or patterns may be used.
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 4 indicates a punch hole mark left after punching out the letter-patterned kelp piece 1 from the original kelp 1a. The kombucha of the present invention is prepared by mixing the letter-patterned kelp pieces 1 with a taste material 2 for producing a taste such as powder, granules, or lumps. This kombucha is shipped in containers, but in this case, it may also be packaged. When packaging, for example, each pack contains one kelp piece 1 with a letter pattern. In this way, when you open one package, put the portion for one person into a container such as a tea bowl, and pour boiling water over it, one of the letter-patterned kelp pieces 1 in each container will definitely swell and return to its shape when cut out. I will do it. By the way, as the taste material 2, for example, powdered or granular kelp powder is used. Chemical seasonings such as sodium glutamate, sodium inosinate, or sodium guanylate, salt, sugar, and other substances are added in appropriate amounts to this kelp flour. By the way, if the character-patterned kelp piece 1 is too dry, it will easily crack, and if it cracks, the correct character pattern cannot be restored even if it is swollen with hot water later, so it should be kept slightly damp to prevent it from cracking. is preferred. In this case, it is more preferable to use kelp powder in the form of granules for the following reasons. In other words, if the letter-patterned kelp piece 1 is slightly damp and mixed with powdered kelp powder, the total surface area of the kelp powder is large and the powdered kelp powder absorbs water from the letter-patterned kelp piece 1. There is a risk that the kelp powder will harden into dumplings, but if it is in granule form, the total surface area of the kelp powder is smaller than in powder form, so it absorbs less water.
There is no risk of it clumping into dumplings, and the letter-patterned kelp pieces 1 are kept slightly moist to prevent them from cracking.

るものである。 Therefore, when the kombucha of the present invention is placed in a container such as a tea bowl 3 and poured with boiling water, the flavor is extracted from the taste ingredient 2 (in the example, the kelp powder dissolves in hot water and the flavor is extracted), and , the taste is also extracted from the letter-patterned kelp pieces 1. In this case, the character-patterned kelp piece 1 is cut into a mold in a moist state, and the taste material 2 is
Since this is packed into containers or packages and made available for demand, the shape of the kelp piece 1 with the letter pattern is deformed and the shape of the kelp piece 1 with the letter pattern is distorted until it is placed in a bowl and poured with boiling water. When the kelp piece 1, which had lost its shape, swelled and was restored to the state obtained by cutting out the original kelp, the character pattern appeared, and the restored character pattern was visually visible. It is drinkable. That is, in the embodiment, the character-patterned kelp piece 1 is restored to the character "kotobuki" in the bowl 3, as shown in FIG. Since the letter-patterned kelp pieces 1 are cut out from the kelp 1a, they can be eaten, and the texture of the kelp flakes can also be enjoyed. In this invention, when used in place of the conventionally used kombucha, especially at various auspicious occasions such as betrothal gifts, weddings, and New Year's, it can be used in place of the kombucha that is traditionally used, and it can be used as a drink that is more appealing than kombucha. By making the characters for celebratory occasions appear inside the teacup, the character ``Koboshi'' is restored and appears from the kombucha by pouring boiling water, creating a kind of fresh surprise as well as a visual celebration. This is something that can further enhance and enliven the joy of auspicious events.

て、昆布の味がする昆布茶となるものである。 In the above example, an example was shown in which kelp powder was used as the taste ingredient 2, but it is also possible to mix one or two types of dried umeboshi pulp pieces, dried perilla leaf pieces, etc. into kelp tea. good. Moreover, the taste raw material 2 is not limited to only kelp powder, but may be other taste powders that do not contain kelp powder. For example, a powder for taste mainly composed of chemical seasonings is used as the raw material for taste 2,
The kombucha according to the present invention may be prepared by mixing character-patterned kombu pieces 1 obtained by cutting out letters and patterns from kombu into a mixture of salt, sugar, and other substances as necessary. In this case as well, since the letter-patterned kelp piece 1 is a molded piece of kelp, pouring boiling water will extract the kelp flavor from the letter-patterned kelp piece 1, resulting in kelp-flavored kelp tea. be.

提供できるものである。[Effects of the invention] In the present invention, the character-patterned kelp piece 1 obtained by cutting kelp into letters and patterns as described above, powdered,
It is made up of granular, lumpy, etc. taste raw materials, so when boiling water is poured over it, the flavor can be extracted from the taste raw materials and the patterned kelp pieces, resulting in a delicious drink. What's more, the letter-patterned kelp pieces are swollen with boiling water and restored to the state obtained by cutting out the original kelp, revealing the letter pattern, which can be drunk visually while looking at the restored letter pattern, and used for auspicious events. By making the letter patterns for auspicious occasions appear, you can increase the joy of the occasion. You can also enjoy the unique texture of the letter-patterned kelp pieces, which can be used instead of the monotonous traditional kelp pieces. It is possible to provide a new kombucha with taste, visual appearance, and texture that cannot be obtained with kombucha.
