ーム３と後進用の第２操作アーム８とを、変速レ
バー１を挟んで対向配置し、前記変速装置の中立
位置Ｎに対応する位置にて第１及び第２操作アー
ム３，８の各々の係合部３ａ，８ａが対向するよ
うに、第１及び第２操作アーム３，８の各々を係
合保持するデテント機構６を設けて、前記変速装
置の中立位置Ｎに対応する位置にて前記変速レバ
ー１を左右に操作すると、この変速レバー１が第
１又は第２操作アーム３，８の係合部３ａ，８ａ
に係合するように構成すると共に、前記変速レバ
ー１を第１操作アーム３に係合させて前方又は後
方に操作自在、且つ、前記変速レバー１を第２操
作アーム８に係合させて前方又は後方に操作自在
