Description
この考案はケース本体に収納部を有する蓋体を
ヒンジ部を介して屈曲自在に連結して開閉させる
収納ケースに係り、特にケース本体と収納部を有
する蓋体との開閉構造の改良に関する。

テープカセツト等の収納ケースとして、従来、
実開昭57−164880号のカセツト収納用ケースに示
される如く、ケース本体と、収納部を固設した蓋
体とを夫々別体に形成し、両者をピンまたはボス
と孔とで枢支連結した構成は知られている。
この場合、ケース本体と蓋体との枢着はピンと
孔との係合により行われるので収納ケースが変形
したり、ピン又は孔が破損するとケース本体と蓋
体とを枢支連結しえない欠点がある。
また、ケース本体と蓋体とは別体であるので各
別に成形しなければならず、且つ両者を枢着する
取付工程も必要となる。
そこでケース本体と蓋体との連結を上記ピンと
孔との枢支構成に変えて合成樹脂の弾性を利用し
たV溝形状からなるヒンジ部構成を用いたものと
して実開昭57−49777号のテープカセツト用ケー
スが知られている。
この構成ではケース本体と蓋体とはヒンジ部を
介して一体に成形されているので前記欠点は解消
しうるが、蓋体に折返し状の収納部を一体形成で
きないという問題点がある。
更に、前者では、テープカセツトを収納した蓋
体を270度回転して切欠の縁部に衝合し、反転し
た状態で蓋体を起立させて使用できる。
この場合、蓋体は反転するので、蓋体側に収納
されたテープカセツトは反転時に落下する虞れが
あり、使用者は手でテープカセツトを押えながら
蓋体を回転する必要があり煩わしかつた。
また後者の如くヒンジを用いた場合には蓋体を
起立して使用することは全く不可能である。

(c) 該ケース本体が、押さえ片の外周形状に対応
した形状に設定されてケース折畳時に同一面と
なるよう隙間なく嵌込まれる切欠部を設けた板
状の底面部と、該底面部の左右両端で少なくと
も蓋体側に立設された周壁とを有してなり、
(d) 前記蓋体の横側片部の外側に突設し、ケース
本体の周壁の後端と係合する蓋開放用係合手段
を設ける、

第1図および第4図に示す収納ケース1は、ポ
リプロピレン等の合成樹脂材からなつており、収
納部4を有する蓋体3とケース本体2とをヒンジ
部5を介して連結した構成からなる。
即ち、蓋体3は頂面部30と、該頂面部30の
ケース本体2連結側で直交状に連接された背面部
42と、該背面部42の略中央で前記頂面部30
と平行離間状に折返されて連接された収納部形成
片の一例を示す押さえ片部41とを有している。
また、蓋体3の両側端側には背面部42と頂面
部30の中途部に沿つて左右一対の横側片部43
が連接されている。
従つて、頂面部30と背面部42と押さえ片部
41と横側片部43とによつて囲繞された空間部
分が収納部4を構成することになる。
次に、ケース本体2は底面部20と、底面部2
0の蓋体3連結側に形成されて前記収納ケース1
の押さえ片部41を同一面状に隙間なく嵌込む切
欠部22と、底面部20の蓋体3連結側を除いた
3方の側縁に突設された周壁21とからなつてい
る。
そして、この蓋体3とケース本体2とは、図示
例の場合、蓋体3に固設した背面部42とケース
本体2の底面部20との連接部分で前記押さえ片
部41の基部(屈曲部)を除いた両側にヒンジ部
5が形成されている。
このヒンジ部5は断面V状の溝が用いられる。
また、この収納ケース1には、ケース本体2に
蓋体3を閉止した際に該閉止状態をロツクする蓋
止め用係合手段6a,6bや、蓋体3を開いた際
に、蓋体3に収納された収納物を取出しやすいよ
うにセツトすべく蓋体3を開放した状態で保持す
る蓋開放用係合手段7を設けることが好ましい。
図示例の場合、この蓋止め用係合手段6a,6
bは、蓋体3の横側片部43と、ケース本体2の
周壁21の左右側辺とに形成された一対の突部と
凹部との組合わせからなつており、突部と凹部の
整合位置即ち蓋体3閉止位置でロツクされる。
次に蓋開放用係合手段7は蓋体3の横側片部4
3に形成された突部からなり蓋体3を開いた際に
蓋体3が前傾すると、上記突部がケース本体2の
周壁21の後端に衝合し、それ以上の前傾動を阻
止して蓋体3の所定姿勢を維持することになる。
尚、この考案では、蓋体3の開閉用回動支点が
ケース本体2の底面部20と略同一位置にあり、
蓋体3をケース本体2に対し直立状に起立させる
と蓋体3の背面部42全面が接地するので、背面
部42が広くなる程起立時の安定性を高めること
ができる。
この考案では収納ケース1の材質を特に限定し
ないので上記実施例の如き合成樹脂材に限定され
ず例えば紙材であつてもよい。
この場合にヒンジ部5は、その内側およびまた
は外側に補強且連結用の強度のある紙材又は布材
等を接着して屈曲可能とし或いは蓋体3とケース
本体2とを別体に成形しヒンジ部5対応部分で前
記補強且連結用の布材等を蓋体3とケース本体2
に架け渡して接合してヒンジ部5を形成したもの
であつてもよい。
上記構成によれば紙材等枢支軸による枢着が困
難な素材であつても収納部付きの蓋体3を開閉可
能に設けた収納ケース1を成型することができ実
用性に優れる。
尚、この考案においては、収納部形成片は上記
実施例の押さえ片部の如き平面梯形状であつても
或いはその他の適宜形状であつてもよく、また収
納ケースに収納される収納物の種類及び用途につ
いても特に限定されるものでないことは勿論であ
る。
