Claims (1)
光素子チツプの駆動回路とが板状モールド体内に

ルド体のその一板面に、上記発光面と斜めに対向
した反射鏡が取り付けられ、その反射鏡は上記発
光面よりの出射光を上記一板面に沿う方向に反射
させるように構成されてなり、 上記受光モジユールは受光素子チツプとその受
光素子チツプの出力を増幅する回路とが板状モー
ルド体内に埋め込まれ、上記受光素子チツプの受
光面は上記板状モールド体の一板面と対向し、そ
の板状モールド体のその一板面に、上記受光面と
斜めに対向した反射鏡が取り付けられ、その反射
鏡は上記一板面に沿つて入射された光を上記受光
面に反射させるように構成されてなり、 上記発光モジユールと上記受光モジユールとは
その板状モールド体が互いにほゞ重ねられ、 これら発光モジユール及び受光モジユールの少
なくとも一方の上記反射鏡が、これら発光モジユ
ールと受光モジユールとの両板状モールド体の間
