[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention relates to a roll that winds up a paper-formed layer formed on a paper-forming belt running in a paper-making device.

The above-mentioned paper-making device forms a slurry-like raw material onto a running wire mesh or other paper-making belt, winds up the paper product with rotating rolls, and when the wound layer reaches a predetermined thickness, forms a paper-formed layer on the roll. A cut is made in the width direction at one location, and the sheet is flattened and taken out. However, the papermaking process is carried out continuously, and therefore, after the cut is made, the papermaking process is carried out continuously on a papermaking band to obtain the next papermaking plate. One end of the body must be glued to the winding roll to serve as the winding start end. Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-28816 discloses a method for ensuring that a part of the paper product is brought into close contact with the surface of the winding roll. As shown in Fig. 5, this product has a single band-shaped surface ro that is finer than other portions in the width direction on the outer peripheral surface of the roll. Surface b is in close contact with the roll surface, and the other surface b' is a moderately rough surface, so that a bond that is neither strong nor weak can be obtained without excessively close contact.

In the above conventional example, when the roll start end of the paper product is brought into close contact with the roll by using the fine band-like surface of the roll,
Due to the degree of closeness, it becomes difficult to separate during incision, and the edges of the incision become fluffy, which deteriorates the quality of the product. In the worst case, as shown in Figure 2, the paper product remains in a band-like shape on the fine surface. Therefore, there are disadvantages such as the formation of a step N' at the end of the paper-made board, and the disadvantage that it becomes impossible to bond the ends of the paper-made body in the next operation.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages, and achieves adhesion and peeling effects by maintaining the degree of adhesion of the end of the paper product, which is the beginning of the next winding, at the end of the cut paper product layer to the take-up roll, to a degree that is neither strong nor weak. The papermaking layer is rolled up one after another with a winding roll in the papermaking device.
When the rolled paper layer reaches a desired thickness, the rolled paper layer is cut in the width direction and the rolled paper layer is taken out as a plate, and the winding roll surface has an appropriately roughened peripheral surface. In addition, with respect to the paper layer cutout in the axial direction provided on the surface of the take-up roll, dot-like dots with a surface that is flatter than the rough surface of the take-up roll are located at a position close to the rear part in the rotational direction of the take-up roll. A large number of adhesive parts are arranged in the axial direction in the form of a line with an appropriate width.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention has a surface 2 of a metal or resin roll 1 with a moderate roughness, and a part of the outer peripheral surface, that is, a paper layer wound on the roll 1, has a predetermined thickness. At this time, the paper layer was made to be close to the rear position of the axial cutout 4 provided on the two surfaces of the take-up roll so as to cut the paper layer at one point in the width direction, so that the surface was made flatter than the rough surface of the roll 1 surface. A large number of dotted adhesive portions 3 were provided in the form of a line with an appropriate width across the width direction of the roll 1.

The cut section 4 is made of a piano wire for cutting, which is accommodated in an axial groove 5 provided on the surface of the winding roll 2 so as to be able to protrude and retract from the roll surface. The rotary pieces 6 are stretched from the outside during the rotation of the roll 1.
By applying rotation to the piano wire, the piano wire is made to protrude from the inside of the groove 5 and the papermaking layer on the roll is cut.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the winding roll 1 according to the present invention is provided opposite to a bottom roll 8 on which a wire mesh or other paper-forming belt 7 is hung, and winds up the paper-formed layer a formed by the paper-forming belt 7. Each time the paper layer a of a predetermined thickness is wound on the roll 1, the paper layer a is cut in the width direction with the cut section 4 at the position A in FIG.
As shown in the figure, one end of the cut portion is placed on the transfer belt 9 and carried out in a plate shape, and the winding roll 1
Alternatively, one of the bottom rolls 8 is provided so that it can be moved up and down relative to the other.

Paper-making is carried out continuously on the paper-making belt 7, and the front end thereof is continuous with the rear end of the paper-making plate sent out on the transfer belt 9 as shown in FIG. 3, and as shown in FIG. When the plate-shaped paper layer a separates from between the take-up roll 1 and the bottom roll 8, the end of the paper layer a that continues on the paper belt 7 on the plate-shaped paper layer side due to the impulse of contact between the rolls 1 and 8. Part a' is cut and released from the plate-like paper layer, and adheres to the adhesive part 3 provided at the rear of the cut part 4, and this becomes the winding start end, and the paper product a is wound on the winding roll 1. , to form a layer that will become the next paperboard on the roll.

In the present invention, the adhesive part formed close to the rear part of the cutout of the paper-formed layer of a predetermined thickness formed on the circumferential surface of the roll is a dotted adhesive part whose surface is flatter than the rough surface of the roll surface. Since the cut ends of the papermaking layer bonded thereto at the time of incision do not come into close contact with the bonded portion, the bonded ends will remain on the bonded surface even at the time of the next incision. It peels off cleanly from the bonded part as one with the sheet-shaped paper layer without leaving any residue, and the adhesion at the beginning of the sheet layer during winding is maintained to the extent that it does not cause any inconvenience during winding. This has the effect of allowing the end portion of the paper-formed layer to be bonded to the adhesive portion to a degree that is not strong or weak.
