The present invention relates to a non-aqueous makeup cosmetic composition that is improved by using in combination the specific (four) oily substances mentioned below as essential components of the oily base material. Specifically, regarding non-aqueous make-up cosmetics that have a favorable color and are excellent in appearance, feel, stability, etc., the general performance required for makeup cosmetics is as follows: (1) The color of the product is favorable; Favorable things. (i) The external color is uniform and similar to the coating color. (ii) The coating color does not vary significantly depending on the type of light source, etc. (2) Makeup looks good. (i) The desired cosmetic effect can be obtained. (ii) The paint film should adhere well to the skin and the makeup should not come off. (iii) After application, the color should not change (color sink) over time. (3) Good usability. (i) When applying, it should have a light touch, give a soft feel, and spread well. (ii) After application, it should give a nice, crisp feel without any discomfort. (4) Good stability. (1) There shall be no deterioration in quality such as discoloration, odor, or separation over time. (5) High safety. (i) No irritation to skin, mucous membranes, etc. However, it is extremely difficult to design a makeup cosmetic that satisfies these requirements, and it has not yet been commercially available. As a result of intensive research in view of the current situation, the present inventors found that lactic acid esters of saturated side-chain alcohols, triglycerides of saturated fatty acids having 8 to 10 carbon atoms, squalane, and cholesterin starch are essential components of oil-based base materials. It has been found that, when used in combination, an excellent non-aqueous makeup cosmetic that satisfies the above-mentioned requirements for makeup cosmetics can be easily obtained due to synergistic effects, and the present invention has been made. completed. That is, the present invention provides a non-containing non-alcoholic acid which is characterized by containing as essential ingredients a lactic acid ester of a saturated side chain alcohol, a triglyceride of a saturated fatty acid having 8 to 10 carbon atoms, squalane, cholestearin stearate, and a pigment. It is a water-based makeup cosmetic. The lactic acid ester of a saturated side chain alcohol in the present invention is preferably a lactic acid ester of a saturated side chain alcohol having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, such as isopropyl lactate, isobutyl lactate, 2
-Ethylhexyl lactate, octyldodecyl lactate, isononyl lactate, 2-hexyldecyl lactate, isostearyl lactate, isotridecyl lactate, 2-hebutyl undecyl lactate, 5,7,7-trimethyl-
Preferred examples include 2-(1,3,3-trimethylbutyl)-octyl lactate. Lactic acid esters of saturated side-chain alcohols are used singly or in combination, and their blending amount is based on the total amount of oily base material in the formulation.
3.0 to 90.0% by weight, preferably 30 to 60% by weight. Examples of triglycerides of saturated fatty acids having 8 to 10 carbon atoms in the present invention include glyceryl tricaprylate, glyceryl tripelargonate, glyceryl tricaprate, tri(caprylic acid-capric acid) glycerol, and the like. These triglycerides are used singly or in combination, and the amount thereof is 3.0 to 90.0% by weight, preferably 30 to 60% by weight, based on the total amount of the oily base material in the formulation. The content of squalane is 3.0 to 90.0% by weight, preferably 5.0 to 30% by weight, based on the total amount of oily base material in the formulation. The amount of cholesterin stearate blended is 1.0 to 20.0% by weight, preferably 5.0 to 10.0% by weight, based on the total amount of oily base material in the formulation. In addition,
The total amount of oil-based base materials in the above formulation refers to the total amount of the four oil-based base materials, if the oil-based base materials blended in the makeup cosmetic are the above-mentioned lactic acid ester, triglyceride, squalane, and cholesterin stearate. In addition, when the oil-based base material is a combination of the above four and other conventional oil-based base materials,
means the total amount of them. Other oil base materials that may be used in combination (blended) with the above four oil base materials include waxes, vegetable oils, liquid paraffin, lanolin, petrolatum, and other synthetic ester oils (such as aliphatic alcohols), if necessary. and monobasic higher fatty acids or dibasic fatty acids), higher alcohols, higher fatty acids, metal soaps,
Mention may be made of conventional oily substances such as silicone oils. As the pigment, known inorganic pigments and organic pigments are used. The blending amount is usually within the range of 0.001 to 99.0% by weight based on the total amount of prescription ingredients. Other ingredients to be blended include, in addition to fragrances, preservatives, antioxidants, oil-soluble dyes, etc., if necessary. The non-aqueous make-up cosmetic composition of the present invention is extremely useful as a non-aqueous foundation, lipstick, blusher, eye shadow, eyebrow makeup, powder, etc. The non-aqueous make-up cosmetic of the present invention has the following features: (1) When applied, it gives a light touch and soft feel, spreads well, and the coating film fits the skin, and (2) After application, it does not feel sticky. Gives a nice, crisp feel without any discomfort or discomfort, and provides excellent makeup effects without fading or color fading over time.
(3) The appearance color is uniform and similar to the coating color, and the product color and quality are stable over time. etc., its characteristics and effects are remarkable. Such useful and remarkable effects are due to the synergistic effects of the four oily substances, and their specificity is remarkable. Examples of the present invention will be described below. Note that the parts shown in the examples are parts by weight. In addition, the sensory test for make-up cosmetics and its evaluation method are as follows. Γ Sensory test 50 girls (25 in Hokkaido, 25 in Okinawa) between the ages of 18 and 45 tried it for 4 months (February to May). Γ Results of sensory test (evaluation) For the results of the sensory test, the evaluation scores according to Table 1 were totaled, and the average score was displayed.
