【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は主として自動車の成形天井材、扉トリ

従来から合成樹脂を含浸したポリウレタン発泡
体シートを材料とした成形天井材や扉トリム材が
提供されている。しかし該ポリウレタン発泡体シ
ート単独では強度が不足するので補強材として該
ポリウレタン発泡体シートの片面または両面にガ
ラス繊維層、不織布、紙等を被着した構成も提供
されている。(特開昭61−51544号)
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら上記従来構成においてはガラス繊
維層、不織布、紙等の補強材の伸延性が不足し、
成形した時特に深絞り部において上記補強材に亀
裂が発生するという問題点があつた。

に綿層3を圧着した内装材を提供するものであ
る。
