(Prior art and its problems) As a flat diaphragm speaker, the outer periphery of a driving coupling cone is drawn into a concave shape to form an adhesive part, and the adhesive part is adhered to the inner surface of the outer periphery of a flat diaphragm. A type that combines the two has already been provided.

In the speaker, the voice coil lead wire 5 drawn out from the voice coil winding portion 5a is connected to a lead wire 4 such as a tinsel wire, but in this case, the voice coil lead wire 5 facilitates speaker assembly. Therefore, it is soldered and fixed to the lead wire 4 on the driving coupling cone 2 inside φA, which is appropriately designed to drive the flat diaphragm 1 optimally. That is, the voice coil lead wire 5 is drawn out to the inside of the coupling cone 2, and one end of the lead wire 4 is inserted into the interior through the lead wire insertion hole a' formed at approximately the center of the coupling cone 2. A voice coil lead wire 5 is tied around the lead wire 4, and the other end of the lead wire 4 extends from the lead wire insertion hole a' in a substantially horizontal direction in the figure and is connected to the terminal plate 6.
In this way, the lead wire 4 drawn out from the lead wire insertion hole a' is positioned between the outside of the coupling cone 2 and the damper 9.

In addition, the flat diaphragm speaker shown in Fig. 3 is designed to be thinner especially for use on automobile doors or walls, and in order to make the speaker thinner, the space between the damper 9 and the coupling cone 2 is very narrow. It's summery.

However, during driving, the vibration of the voice coil is transmitted to the plane diaphragm 1 through the coupling cone 2, and thereby a sound is produced, but in this case, as the plane diaphragm 1 vibrates in the Y direction, The lead wire 4 that is not connected also vibrates in approximately the same direction as shown by the two-dot chain line in each figure, and the lead wire 4 vibrates in the damper 9.
Otherwise, it comes into contact with the outside of the coupling cone 2, which not only causes unnecessary abnormal noise but also has the disadvantage of causing damage to the contact part, and this is especially true for products that require thinning as shown in Fig. 3. There was a problem.

(Purpose of the invention) The present invention was proposed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to easily draw out the lead wire between the voice coil and the speaker terminal in a thin flat diaphragm speaker. To provide an economical planar diaphragm speaker that suppresses lead wire vibration to a level that does not cause any problems, prevents unnecessary abnormal noise and damage to contact parts, and allows the use of existing coupling cones. .

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a thin flat diaphragm speaker in which an adhesive part A having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed on the outer periphery of the coupling cone 2. A flat inner adhesive part 2b is formed on the upper outer periphery of the main body 2a of the coupling cone 2 which is inclined in the shape of a mortar. An extending downward portion 2c is formed, and a bottom portion 2d, a raised portion 2e, and an outer adhesive portion 2f are sequentially integrally formed,
Lead wire insertion holes a and b are formed in the substantially upper part of the main body 2a and the vertically opposing vertical part 2c, and a lead wire insertion hole c is also formed in the bottom part 2d, through which these lead wires are inserted. The lead wire 4 connected to the voice coil lead wire 5 is pulled out through the holes a, b, and c, and the coupling cone 2 and damper 9 are connected to the terminal plate 6, which is spaced apart from the lead-out portion and arranged substantially opposite to the lead wire 4. The structure is such that the ends of the lead wires 4 are connected while avoiding the gaps between them.

(Function) In the present invention, the lead wires drawn out to the outside are drawn out from the outer circumferential side of the coupling cone, avoiding the space between the coupling cone and the damper, and are attached to the terminal board arranged opposite to the lead wire drawing part. The lead wires are connected so that they do not come into contact with coupling cones, dampers, etc. even if the lead wires vibrate. Furthermore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, lead wire insertion holes a, b, and c are formed in a coupling cone 2, which has an adhesive part A having a substantially U-shaped cross section on its outer periphery, as shown in FIG. and connect lead wire 4 there.
The above purpose can be achieved by inserting the coupling cone 2, and the existing coupling cone 2 can be used, making it economical.

(Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. For example, a coupling cone 2 for driving a honeycomb-structured flat diaphragm 1 has an adhesive part A on the outer periphery.
is formed. This adhesive portion A is drawn into a concave shape, that is, a U-shaped cross section. That is, a flat inner bonded part 2b that is bonded to the flat diaphragm 1 is formed on the upper outer periphery of the main body 2a inclined in a mortar shape, and a lowered part 2c that extends diagonally downward is formed on the outside thereof.
The adhesive part A, in which the bottom part 2d, the raised part 2e, and the outer adhesive part 2f are sequentially integrally formed, has a generally U-shaped cross section as a whole, and the lower surface of the outer adhesive part 2f is Glued to Edge 3, Edge 3
is glued to a frame (not shown).

Therefore, lead wire insertion holes a and b are formed in the substantially upper part of the main body 2a and the part of the down-down part 2b that is substantially opposite thereto, and a lead wire insertion hole c is also formed in the bottom part 2d. The lead wire 4 is inserted into the lead wire insertion holes a and b, and the inner end side of the lead wire 4 runs along the inside of the main body 2a, and the voice coil lead wire 5 is connected to the tip end thereof. Further, the outer end side of the lead wire 4 is further drawn out to the outside through the lead wire insertion hole c, and is connected by soldering 7 to a terminal plate 6 disposed substantially below the bottom portion 2d. Note that the lead wire 4 extending across the main body 2a and the bottom 2d is bonded and fixed with an adhesive 8.

The lead wire 4 drawn out from the coupling cone 2 in this way is drawn out from between the inner adhesive part 2b and the outer adhesive part 2b, and is suspended downward in the figure, that is, in the thickness direction of the speaker. The drawn-out portion of the lead wire 4 is not located between the coupling cone 2 and the damper 9 that supports the voice coil (not shown).

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, since the lead wire lead-out portion is not located between the coupling cone and the damper, even when the flat diaphragm is driven, the lead wire does not reach the damper or the coupling cone. Since there is no contact with the outside of the contact area, it is possible to reliably prevent the generation of abnormal noise and damage to the contact portion.
