[Detailed explanation of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention relates to a shoe cleaning mat, and more specifically, it can be placed in front of rooms such as offices and clean rooms, at the entrance of buildings, in cars, etc. This mat is used to clean the soles of shoes by removing dirt, dust, and dirt from the soles of the shoes.

(Prior Art) A common shoe cleaning mat is impregnated with a chemical agent or the like to make it easier to remove dust and dirt from the soles of shoes. In addition, mats with an adhesive layer on the top are placed at the entrance of clean rooms where electronic parts and electrical equipment are handled, and this adhesive layer absorbs dust and dirt from the soles of shoes, making it more effective at removing dust and dirt from the soles of shoes. That's what I do.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, when you put your feet with shoes on these shoe cleaning mats and raise your feet, the shoes separate from the top of the mat, and at that time, a peeling charge occurs, and static electricity is applied to the human body and the mat. Become electrically charged. This is particularly noticeable for mats that have an adhesive layer on their upper surface. Therefore, there is a high risk of electrostatic shock occurring when touching the pine with one's hands or walking on the pine.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, this idea is to provide a large number of thin conductive members at intervals on the top surface of the mat, and use these conductive members to disperse static electricity and lower the potential. Avoid causing shock discharge,
At the same time, it is an attempt to maintain the original functions of mats and to solve problems.

The specific structure is a mat having an adhesive layer on the upper surface, and a large number of continuous or discontinuous narrow conductive members are provided at intervals on the upper surface of the adhesive layer. The conductive member is grounded. The narrow conductive member is made of, for example, carbon, metal, metal coating,
A material containing at least one of metal oxides, composites thereof, organic conductive materials, and electron transfer complexes and having a resistance value of about 10 6 Ω or less, which is in the form of fibers or tapes. Further, a large number of these conductive members may be provided in parallel in one direction on the upper surface of the mat, or may be provided in a grid pattern.

(Function) The upper surface of the mat is equipped with an adhesive layer, which has the effect of wiping the feet, which is the original function of the mat, and the thin conductive members are placed at intervals, so the soles of the shoes can be dusted. The adhesive layer attracts dirt and dust, but shoes and the like can easily peel off from the mat because the thin conductive material does not have adhesive properties. Therefore, there is little peeling charge. In addition, a large number of conductive members are provided at intervals on the top surface of the mat, and each conductive member is formed continuously or intermittently, and furthermore, because they are grounded, static electricity may be generated in one place. However, the static electricity is instantaneously transmitted through the conductive member and grounded, thereby removing the static electricity. Generally, the human body is charged positively at the top and negatively at the bottom, so static electricity tends to flow downward, and in this regard, the static electricity charged on the human body tends to flow through the mat of this invention, causing the potential to drop as described above. The charged voltage at this time is about 6KV, and the capacitance is about 50 to 200PF. This is dispersed to about 1KV
Therefore, the discharge shock is small.

In the case of this embodiment, when the adhesive sheet 3 on the top tier becomes dirty due to use, it is peeled off, but in this case as well, since a large number of carbon fibers 4 are provided and these are grounded, these carbon fibers 4 Static electricity is instantly removed through the strip, the potential is lowered, and the worker does not receive an electrostatic shock due to peeling electrification.

(Effects of the invention) This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and an adhesive layer is provided on the top surface of the mat, and a number of conductive members are stretched over this, so that passersby can place their shoes on it and release it. The static electricity generated at that time is instantaneously dispersed and erased by earthing, and the high potential decreases from about 6KV to less than about 1KV. Since the conductive members are spaced apart, when a shoe or the like is placed on the mat and removed, it is easier to peel off, and the amount of charge caused by peeling off is reduced. As a result, these mats and the human body are not charged with electricity and therefore are not subjected to electrostatic shock. In addition, since the conductive members are thin and spaced apart, part of the sole of the shoe that steps on the mat hits the conductive member, but most of it hits the adhesive layer, reducing this adhesiveness. This layer removes dirt and dirt from the soles of shoes. Furthermore, the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer can be increased, without impairing the original function of the foot-wiping mat.
