ームとが重合するようにすることで、外刃フレー
ムに十分な強度を持たせつつ、外刃フレームの小
型化を図つた往復式電気かみそりを提供するにあ
る。

外刃の湾曲に沿つた弧状に形成されて、外刃の側
端部における刃孔非形成領域と上記端壁とが重合
していることに特徴を有している。 [作用] 本発明によれば、外刃における髭剃りに寄与し
ない周縁部分と外刃フレームとが重合するため
に、髭剃りの性能及び外刃フレームの強度を損な
うことなく、外刃フレームの小型化を図ることが
できるものである。 [実施例] 以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述する
と、周縁を除く部分に多数個の刃孔10が形成さ
れた外刃1は、薄肉の屈曲自在な金属板で形成さ
れており、その両端には夫々位置決め孔11が複
数個設けられている。 上面開口部に外刃1が配設される外刃フレーム
2は、ここでは保持枠20と取付枠25とから形
成してある。保持枠20は一対の側壁20a,2
0aとこれら両側壁20a,20aを連結してい
る一対の端壁20b,20bとからなる矩形枠状
とされて、各側壁20aの外側に複数個の位置決
め突起21と貫通孔22とを具備するとともに、
各端壁20bの外面に連結部23を備えているも
ので、外刃1はその両端の位置決め孔11内に保
持枠20の位置決め突起21を挿入した状態で、
各両端部に薄板状の取付板3が被せられること
で、湾曲した状態で保持枠20に取り付けられ
る。 ここにおける取付板3は、その両端に保持枠2
0の貫通孔22に通されて保持枠20の内面側で
折り曲げられる取付片30を具備し、保持枠20
の外面との間で外刃1を挟持するものであり、そ
の保持枠20との対向面側には複数個の位置決め
突起21を逃げるための溝31を備えている。
尚、この溝31は取付板3の表面側で突条となる
ようにしてあることから、取付板3の強度向上に
も寄与している。 一方、外刃フレーム2における取付枠25は、
一対の側壁25a,25aと一対の端壁25b,
25bとからなる矩形枠状のもので、モータやこ
のモータの回転を往復動に変換する駆動子50等
が収納されている本体5に取り付けられるととも
に、その両端壁25b,25b上部に形成されて
いる係合溝26に上記保持枠20に設けられた連
結部23が挿入されて、連結部23におけるフツ
ク24が係合溝26内に突出する係止爪27に係
合することで保持枠20が連結されるものであ
り、連結部23を押せばフツク24も押し込まれ
て内方へと移動して係止爪27から外れるため
に、取付枠25から保持枠20を取り外すことが
できる。 内刃ブレード40と基台41と継手42とから
構成されて前記駆動子50に取り付けられる内刃
4は、駆動子50内に配された押し上げばね(図
示せず)による付勢を受けた状態で外刃1の内面
に摺接することで、外刃1の刃孔10から内部へ
と導入した髭を切断する。 さて、上述のように取付枠25と保持枠20と
で構成された外刃フレーム2は、内刃の往復動方
向の両端の壁が、取付枠25の端壁25bと、こ
の取付枠25の内面側に配される保持枠20の端
壁20bとから構成されているわけであるが、こ
こにおける保持枠20の各端壁20bは、その対
向面に夫々第1の突部である突部35と、突部よ
りも更に突出する第2の突部としての突部36と
を備えたものとなつており、外刃フレーム2に取
り付けられた湾曲する外刃1に沿う円弧状となつ
ている両突部35,36の間には段差Cを有する
段が形成されている。 そして、保持枠20に外刃1を装着した時、第
2図及び第3図に示すように、外刃1の縁の刃孔
非形成領域1b内面側に突部35の一面が対向
し、更に突部36の一面が外刃1における刃孔1
0が形成されている領域1aの内面に対向する。
突部36は連結部23を橈ませる際のねじれに対
抗する強度を保持枠20に与えているものであ
り、また突部35と外刃1との間の間〓Eより
も、外刃1における刃孔10の存在領域と対向し
ている突部36と外刃1との間の間〓Dの方が大
きくなるようにして、刃孔10から内部に入る髭

るようにするとともに、この第1の突部よりも更
に突出して外刃の刃孔形成領域に対向する第2の
突部を端壁に設けた場合には、第2の突部の分だ
け外刃フレームの厚みを増すことができて、外刃
フレームの強度を更に確保することができるもの
となるとともに、この第2の突部は第1の突部と
の間に段差を有するものとなつているが故に、第
2の突部の存在のために、刃孔から入つた髭がは
さみ込まれてしまうということがないものであ
る。
