ピストンの突出し方向の反対側の端部内に該ピス
トンの軸心と直角な方向において取付穴が設けら
れたシリンダ部と、該取付穴内に単一の軸受を介
して軸心まわりの回転可能に設けられ、該取付穴
の外側に位置する一端部にクランクレバーが相対
回転不能に取り付けられた回転軸と、該回転軸と
前記シリンダ部との間に設けられ、該回転軸を一
回転方向へ常時付勢するトーシヨンスプリングと
を備え、前記クランクレバーにより前記回転軸を
前記トーシヨンスプリングの付勢力に抗して前記
一方向と反対の方向へ回転させることにより、前
記ピストンを前記シリンダ部から突き出させてパ
ーキングブレーキを作動させる形式のパーキング
ブレーキ機能を備えたデイスクブレーキにおいて
、 前記トーシヨンスプリングを、前記回転軸の前
記クランクレバー側と反対の他端部側において前
記取付穴の内部に設けたことを特徴とするパーキ
