The lower opening of is covered by a substantially square rectangular ceiling panel 8. A substantially square inlet 3 is formed in the center of the rectangular ceiling panel 8, and rectangular air outlets 4 are formed along each edge of the rectangular ceiling panel 8 on the outside of the inlet 3. When the blower 6 is driven by the motor 5, the chamber 9
As shown by the solid arrow, indoor air is sucked into the main body 2 from the suction port 3 through the suction grill 11, guided by the baffle plates 17 and 18, and sucked into the blower 6 and energized. In the process of flowing through the heat exchanger 7, it is cooled or heated and becomes conditioned air, which is then blown out from the blow-off port 4 through the blow-off louver 12.
and is blown out into the chamber 9. In addition, in FIG. 4, 16 is a support frame that also serves as a drain pan.

A so-called shortcut phenomenon occurs in which the indoor air gets caught up in the flow of indoor air and is sucked in again. To deal with this, if hot air is blown diagonally downward, it is difficult for the hot air to reach the lower part of the room, so a high temperature area is formed in the upper part of the room 9, and a low temperature area is formed in the lower part of the room 9. This resulted in a so-called hot head and cold feet condition, which impaired the feeling of heating.

In a ceiling-embedded air conditioner comprising an indoor air inlet and an outlet for blowing out conditioned air warmed inside the main body into the room, the outlet is arranged along each edge of the rectangular ceiling panel. The ceiling recessed air conditioner is characterized in that the rectangular ceiling panel is arranged at its center, and the suction ports are arranged and formed at each corner of the rectangular ceiling panel. It is also possible to arrange and form an auxiliary suction port in the center of the rectangular ceiling panel.

Air outlets 21 are arranged and formed in the center along the edges of the four sides of the square ceiling panel 20, and inlet ports 22 are arranged at the four corners of the square ceiling panel 20, respectively.
are arranged and formed. Blower 24 by motor 23
When driven, indoor air is guided from each suction port 22 through the suction channel 25 and filter 26 to the baffle plate 27 and sucked into the blower 24. The air energized by the blower 24 flows through the heat exchanger 28 to become warm air and is blown into the room from the air outlet 21 through the air outlet 29. In addition, in FIG. 2, 30 is the main body, 31 is a drain pan,
32 is a blowout louver, and 33 is a ceiling.

Since the air inlets 22 are arranged and formed at the four corners of the rectangular ceiling panel, hot air is blown downward from the air outlet 21. However, since the flow path and direction of the warm air indoors is significantly different from the flow path and direction of indoor air drawn into the suction port 22, a portion of the warm air may be caught up in the flow of indoor air drawn through the suction port 22. Therefore, shortcuts of hot air can be prevented. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3,
By arranging and forming the small auxiliary suction port 34 in the center of the rectangular ceiling panel 20, it is possible to reduce the suction resistance of intake air and to reduce intake noise.

できる。Effects of the Invention In the present invention, the air outlet is arranged along each edge of the rectangular ceiling panel at the center thereof, and the suction opening is arranged at each corner of the rectangular ceiling panel. Even if the hot air is blown downward from the outlet into the room, it will not be caught in the flow of indoor air sucked into the suction port, thus preventing a shortcut of hot air.
