Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a rubber molded form in which no flash is formed in the through-hole of a rubber body. CONSTITUTION:A core 15 having the same shape as a through-hole 14 is inserted into the through-hole 14 of a rubber body 11 arranged into a mold 10, and the front surface of the core 15 is vulcanized and molded under the state in which the front surface is pushed against the internal surface of a metallic plate 12 through a heat-resistant rubber sheet 16. The heat-resistant rubber sheet 16 prevents the flowing of one part of the rubber body 11 into the through- hole 14 on vulcanization molding, thus manufacturing a rubber molded form, in which no flash is formed in the through-hole 14.
