ル5を回転させるためのドリルスイッチ、10は送りモ
ータ6及び送りモータ6への供給電圧を制御する半導体
素子11へ通電させる自動スイッチ(閉じると表示パネ
ル8の自動ランプ点灯)、12はコントローラであり、
電流検出器13で検出された錐モータ3の負荷電流の大
きさと変化により半導体素子11を制御して送りモータ
6の回転数及び回転方向を変える。またオイルタンク1
4に貯蔵された切削油は、電気ドリル5内に導入され、
錐4の内側に流出する。オイルタンク14内の側壁には
水位センサ15が取付けられている。水位センサ15は
第3図に示すように壁面に高さ方向2カ所に取付けられ
たリードスイッチ16と、オイルタンク14内に隔壁で
へたてられ、水位がオイルタンク14内の切削油と同じ
になるような溝部内に油面に浮くようにしたマグネット
17から構成されている。リードスイッチ16はマグネ
ット17が一定距離まで近づくとONとなるもので、穴
あけ中切削油の水位が徐々に下がることにより、上方の
リードスイッチ16aがONとなり、さらに水位が下が
ると下方のリートスイッチ16bがONとなる。リード
スイッチ16a、16bのON信号は警報回路上8を介
して表示パネル8の切削油ランプを点灯させる。上方の
リードスイッチ16aの位置は穴あけ数個分に相当する
切削油がオイルタンク14内に残る水位とし、下方のリ
ードスイッチ16bの位置を2個分の水位とするのが適
当である。このとき、切削油ランプの色を上方のリード
スィッチ16aON時に黄色点灯としておき、水位が下
がって下方のリードスイッチ16bONで黄色から赤色
に変わるようにしておけば、作業者に切削油の減少を的
