Description

[産業上の利用分野] 本発明はメークアツプ化粧料に関するものであ
り、さらに詳しくはオルガノポリシロキサン硬化
物粉体を含有してなるメークアツプ化粧料に関す
るものである。 [従来の技術] 従来、メークアツプ化粧料に使用される粉体と
しては、タルク、カオリン、ベントナイト、無水
ケイ酸、炭化ケイ素、アルミナ、酸化チタン、カ
ーボンブラツク、グラフアイト、黄酸化鉄、ベン
ガラ、マイカ、マイカチタン、酸化ジルコニウ
ム、セリサイト、カラミン、群青等の無機顔料粉
体が多く利用されている。 また、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹
脂、ポリアミド樹脂、アクリル樹脂、塩化ビニル
樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリスチロール樹脂のよう
な有機合成樹脂を化粧料に添加した例も知られて
いる(特開昭52−99236号公報参照)。 [発明が解決しようとする問題点] しかしながら、上記したメークアツプ化粧料用
無機顔料粉体は、色相の鮮明さ、着色力、透明性
に欠けるという欠点があつた。また、該無機顔料
粉体は一般に天然鉱物を粉砕することにより製造
されるが、粒子形状が不規則であるために、メー
クアツプ化粧料として塗擦時のなめらかさ、伸び
に欠けるという欠点があつた。 また、有機合成樹脂粉体を化粧料に添加した場
合でも自然な色彩感を付与する効果はなかつた。 本発明は上記して欠点を解消することを目的と
して、なめらかな塗擦感で、しつとりとした感触
を有しかつ健康的で自然な色彩感を付与すること
のできるメークアツプ化粧料を提供するものであ
る。 [問題点を解決するための手段および作用の説
明] 上記した目的は、粒子径100ミクロン以下のオ
ルガノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体と顔料粉体と結
合油剤を含有してなることを特徴とするメークア
ツプ化粧料により達成することができる。 これを説明するに、本発明で使用されるオルガ
ノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体は、本発明メークア
ツプ化粧料の肌への塗擦感をなめらかにし、しつ
とり感を与え、かつ顔料に対し鮮明な色相、着色
力、透明性を付与し、健康的な色採感を与えるた
めに必要な成分である。 本成分のオルガノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体の
原料となる硬化性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物
の種類は特に限定されるものでなく、白金系触媒
存在下に付加反応により硬化するオルガノポリシ
ロキサンエラストマー組成物、縮合反応により硬
化するオルガノポリシロキサンエラストマー組成
物(ここで縮合反応として脱水、脱水素、脱アル
コール、脱オキシム、脱アミン、脱アミド、脱カ
ルボン酸、脱ケトンが例示される)、有機過酸化
物により加熱下硬化するオルガノポリシロキサン
エラストマー組成物、γ線、紫外線もしくは電子
線照射により硬化するオルガノポリシロキサンエ
ラストマー組成物あるいは上記の各反応により硬
化するオルガノポリシロキサンレジン組成物が例
示される。 上述した硬化性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物
の主剤となるオルガノポリシロキサンのけい素原
子に結合する有機基として、は一価炭化水素基が
例示され、これにはメチル基、エチル基、プロピ
ル基、ブチル基、オクチル基のようなアルキル
基、ビニル基、アリル基、プロペニル基のような
アルケニル基、2−フエニルエチル基、2−フエ
ニルプロピル基、3・3・3−トリフルオロプロ
ピル基のような置換アルキル基、フエニル基、ト
リル基、キシリル基のようなアリール基、フエニ
ルエチル基のような置換アリール基あるいはエポ
キシ基、アミノ基、水酸基、カルボキシル基、カ
ルボン酸エステル基もしくはメルカプト基を有す
る一価炭化水素基などが例示される。 本成分は、上述したオルガノポリシロキサンを
主剤とする熱硬化性組成物を熱気流中に噴霧し硬
化させて粉体を得る方法や、上述したオルガノポ
リシロキサンを主剤とするエネルギー線硬化性組
成物を高エネルギー照射下で噴霧し硬化させて粉
体を得る方法や、上述したオルガノポリシロキサ
ンを主剤とする熱硬化性組成物を加熱下あるいは
上述したオルガノポリシロキサンを主剤とするエ
ネルギー線硬化性組成物をエネルギー線照射下で
硬化させたものをボールミル、アトマイザーなど
の公知の粉砕機により粉砕して粉体を得る方法等
により製造することができる。 本成分の粒度は100ミクロン以下であることが、
本発明のメークアツプ化粧料になめらかさやしつ
とり感および健康的で自然な色彩感を付与するた
めに必要である。 本成分の配合量としては化粧料の使用形態によ
り異なり、特に限定されないが、プレス状メーク
アツプ化粧料においては1.0〜50重量%が好まし
く、また、液状メークアツプ化粧料においては
0.1〜30重量%が好ましい。 本発明のメークアツプ化粧料を得るにはオルガ
ノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体、顔料粉体および結
合油剤を均一に分散配合することにより得ること
ができる。 顔料粉体としては、タルク、カオリン、炭酸カ
ルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウ
ム、無水ケイ酸のような体質顔料、酸化チタン、
酸化亜鉛のような白色顔料、ベンガラ、黄酸化
鉄、酸化クロム、水酸化クロム、カーボンブラツ
ク、群青のような無機着色顔料、タール色素、紅
花色素、β−カロチン、コチニール、クロロフイ
ルのような有機着色顔料、色鱗箔、オキシ塩化ビ
スマス、雲母チタン、マイカのようなパール顔料
などが例示される。 結合油剤としては、流動パラフイン、スクワラ
ン、ワセリン、ポリイソブチレン、マイクロワツ
クス、イソプロピルミリステート、ミリスチルオ
クチルドデカノール、ジ−(2−エチルヘキシル)
サクシネート、ジイソオクタン酸ネオペンチルグ
リコール、モノステアリン酸グリセリン、イソス
テアリン酸トリグリセライド、ヤシ油脂肪酸トリ
グリセライド、ヒマシ油、エタノール、オクチル
ドデカノール、ヘキサデシルアルコール、セチル
アルコール、オレイルアルコール、ステアリルア
ルコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ウラリン
酸、パルミチン酸、オレイン酸、ステアリン酸、
イソステアリン酸、ラノリン、ミツロウ、オリー
ブ油のような炭化水素、エステル、グリセライ
ド、低級アルコール、高級アルコール、多価アル
コール、高級脂肪酸あるいはオルガノポリシロキ
サン流体などが例示される。 本発明のメークアツプ化粧料には必要に応じ
て、さらに水、界面活性剤、増粘剤、防腐剤、香
料などを配合してもよい。 [実施例] 次に本発明を実施例により説明する。 実施例中、部とあるのは重量部を意味する。 実施例 1 式 CH2=CH(CH32SiO[(CH32SiO]50− −Si(CH32CH=CH2 で示される両末端ジメチルビニルシリル基封鎖ジ
メチルポリシロキサン100部、式 (CH33SiO[(CH3)HSiO]30Si(CH33 で示される両末端トリメチルシリル基封鎖メチル
ハイドロジエンポリシロキサン3.5部、3−メチ
ル−1−ブチン−3オール0.1部およびオルガノ
ポリシロキサン全量に対し白金金属自体として
10ppmとなるような量の塩化白金酸イソプロパノ
ール溶液を均一に混合し、150℃、2時間で硬化
させた。このオルガノポリシロキサンエラストマ
ー硬化物をアトマイザーで微細粉砕した。得られ
たオルガノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体は、走査型
電子顕微鏡の観察により1〜50ミクロンの粒径で
あることが確認された。 次にこのオルガノポリシロキサン硬化物粉体を
使用して、第1表に示すような組成で油性アイラ
イナーを製造した。また、オルガノポリシロキサ
ン硬化物粉体を添加しないものを比較例とした。 これらの油性アイライナーを10人のパネラーを
用いて塗布試験を行なつたところ、本発明の油性
アイライナーは比較例に比べ、色に深みがあつて
鮮明なアイラインを形成することができ、またし
つとりとした感触を有しており塗擦感もなめらか
であつた。 実施例 2 メチルトリメトキシシラン20部、ジメチルジメ
トキシシラン50部、トリメチルメトキシシラン20
部およびテトラエチルシリケート30部にPH4.0に
調整した塩酸水溶液500部を加えて5時間加水分
解縮合し、加熱乾燥させてオルガノポリシロキサ
ンレジン硬化物を得た。次にこのオルガノポリシ
ロキサンレジン硬化物をアトマイザーで微細粉細
した。得られたオルガノポリシロキサンレジン硬
化物粉体は走査型電子顕微鏡の観察により0.5〜
10ミクロンの粒径であることが確認された。 このオルガノポリシロキサン硬化粉体を第2表
に示すような組成でフアウンデーシヨン(プレス
成型物)を製造した。また、オルガノポリシロキ
サン硬化物粉体を添加しないものを比較例とし
た。 これらのフアウンデーシヨンを10人のパネラー
を用いて塗布試験を行なつたところ、本発明のフ
アウンデーシヨンは比較例に比べ、健康的で自然
な肌色を彩色することができ、またなめらかな塗
擦感としつとりとした感触を有していた。
