この発明の多層構造からなるガム・キャンディの製法は

出し成形機等に供給されるチューインガムおよびキャン
デイの物性が異なり、押出し成形機のノズルから吐出さ
れるチューインガムおよびキャンデイ等の量が変化して
も、その変化が筒状流路の中間部の拡大部で吸収される
ようになる。したがって、常時、一定量のガム及びキャ
ンデイが吐出されるので、安定した状態で層が形成され
るようになる。また、板状キャンデイをチューインガム
で包み、板状ガム・キャンディとして吐出することによ
り、圧延でのキャンデイの変形によるセンター量のバラ
ツキ及び圧延ロールへのキャンデイ付着を防止すること
ができ、板状ガム・キャンディの連続的な製造が可能に
なる。
