Some low-temperature tanks that store low-temperature liquids such as liquefied natural gas have a suspended roof structure. FIG. 3 of the drawings shows one of the conventional suspended roof structures, and as shown, a suspended roof 1 is connected to a liquid storage 4 by a plurality of hanging tools 3 from the lower surface of a tank outer roof 2. suspended horizontally above the liquid level. Although not shown in the drawing, this suspended roof 1

Furthermore, it is generally known that the liquid stored in the tank causes a sloshing phenomenon during an earthquake. The sloshing phenomenon refers to the phenomenon in which the free surface of the liquid stored in the tank resonates due to an earthquake, resulting in a large amplitude, producing large oscillating waves.

Therefore, when an earthquake occurs and a sloshing phenomenon occurs, the liquid level of the liquid storage 4 in the low-temperature tank fluctuates greatly and may collide with the lower surface of the suspended roof 1, as shown in FIG. Due to this collision, the hanging roof 1 is pushed up and a compressive load is applied to the hanging device 3. Conventionally, a wire rope or a plurality of rods joined together with bendable pins is generally used as the hanging device 3. It is designed to absorb impact force.

That is, if the hanging device is a wire rope,
When the suspended roof is lifted up, the wire rope may become entangled with protrusions on the suspended roof such as the mounting brackets that secure the wire rope, and the suspended roof may remain lifted or the wire rope may break. There is a risk of it being stored away. Furthermore, in a hanging device formed by connecting a plurality of rods in a bendable manner, the bending direction of the hanging device is not determined, so it is conceivable that the hanging device will collide with a nearby hanging device and be damaged.
Furthermore, if the hanging equipment breaks as mentioned above, the hanging roof will fall and destroy the cryogenic tank, causing the stored liquid to leak out.
There is also the risk of causing damage to humans, livestock, and surrounding property.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the stored liquid from coming into contact with the suspended roof during sloshing by reducing the amount of stored liquid, but this method has many problems such as a decrease in the tank's operating rate. Ta.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hanging device for a suspended roof in a cryogenic tank that eliminates such conventional problems.

The suspended roof hanging device for a low temperature tank according to this invention is used in a low temperature tank in which the hanging roof is suspended at a predetermined position inside the tank by multiple hanging devices placed parallel to each other from the outer roof of the tank. A hanging device made by bendably connecting book rods with pins, the upper end of which is pin-connected to the lower surface of the roof outside the tank, and the lower end of which is pin-connected to the upper surface of the suspended roof, when the suspended roof is suspended. In order to keep the adjacent rods of each hanging device in a bent state, a stopper is provided on each rod, and when the suspended roof moves upward and the hanging device is bent, each hanging device interferes with the adjacent hanging device. The feature is that the bending direction of the adjacent rods of each hanging device is determined to prevent the bending.

FIG. 1 of the drawings shows an embodiment of a suspension device for a suspended roof according to this invention. In the illustrated embodiment, the hanging device 10 consists of two rods 11, the ends of which are pin-jointed so as to be bendable. Further, a stopper 12 is integrally provided at the pin-joined end portion to contact the adjacent rod 11 and restrict its movement, thereby allowing the upper end of the hanging tool 10 to be connected to the outer roof of the tank. Mounting bracket 5 on the bottom of
When the hanging roof 1 is suspended by pin-joining the lower end to the mounting bracket 6 on the upper surface of the hanging roof 1, the rod 11 and the outer tank roof 2, the rod 11 and the hanging roof 1, and the rods 11 and 3 are The three pin junction points 13, 14, 15 form a triangle.

In the hanging device of this invention constructed in this way, the stored liquid 4 in the tank swings due to the sloshing phenomenon and comes into contact with the lower surface of the suspended roof 1, and as shown in FIG. 2, the suspended roof 1 is pushed up. When you are
The hanging tool 10 is bent in a direction in which the pin joint points 15 connecting the rods 11 are further separated from the line connecting the pin joint points 13 on the tank outer roof 2 and the pin joint points 14 on the suspended roof 1.

The hanging roof 1 is suspended from the tank outer roof 2 by a plurality of hanging tools 10, and the bending directions of the hanging tools 10 are determined individually depending on the relationship with the adjacent hanging tools 10. That is, the bending direction of each hanging tool 10 may be such that when bent, the hanging tool 10 does not interfere with the adjacent hanging tool 10.
In a low-temperature tank in which the tubes are arranged along the circumferential direction, it is preferable to set the bending direction toward the center of the tank.

In this embodiment, two rods 11 are connected to the hanging tool 1.
0 is constructed, however, the sling according to this invention may be constructed by connecting three or more rods to each other with pins, in which case three consecutive pin joint points are connected to the upper and lower ends of the sling. It is necessary to provide the stopper at an appropriate rod so that it does not line up on the line connecting the pin junction points.

As mentioned above, the advantage of this invention is that even if the hanging roof is pushed up when the sloshing phenomenon occurs and the hanging equipment bends to absorb the impact, the direction in which the hanging equipment bends is fixed, so the hanging roof can be bent easily. It can prevent comrades from interfering and destroying it. Therefore, the suspended roof structure will not be destroyed or the tank will be destroyed, and the safety and reliability of the cryogenic tank can be improved. There is no need to reduce the amount of liquid stored, so the operating rate can also be improved. There are effects such as being able to
