うものではないので、治療中に飛散する雑菌などを吸引
することはできなかった7

・■吸引口を装置本体に併設した吸引装置においては、
吸引口;=装置付近の粉塵しか吸引することができずま

い。

このような状況のために、例えば歯科の診療室では歯の
切削粉塵や細菌の散逸をなかなか制御できない等の問題
があり、粉塵吸引装置の集塵効率の改良が要請されてい
たそこで発明者は、患者の口付近の雑菌最敗範囲を研究
し、ある範囲が雑菌濃度が高く、この部分の空気を浄化
することで、11i記感染を大幅に減少できることを検
証し、治療の際もごその所定空間に停止し、強力に吸引
し、て、fa浄化することを着想したのである、
本願発明にかかる患者の口付近の空気吸引のための清浄

装備されかつ全方位に屈折自在な間接継手を有するフリ
ーアーム(吸引ホース)を備えた清浄機の開発を目的と
したものであり、フリーアームの先端吸引口が、所望の
位置に停止できる特徴がある。

の一実施例を図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。

キャスターγ付きのケース8は、実施例では縦長の金属
製箱で、上部に多数の窓孔を穿設した蓋10を設け、下
部にスイッチ類・電気回路等をまとめたボックス11と
この検査用等の裏蓋12を設け、フットスイッチ13を
取付けたものである。
ケース8の上部には、フィルター6を設けでいる。
フィルター6は、交換自在でかつ焼却のために木製枠内
に紙フィルターを充填した構成である。空気濾過により
約100%近くに除菌浄化をする。
ケース8の中段には、吹出し口を下向きにした吸引機1
および補水タンク14を固定している。
ケース8下段には、吸引miの吹出し口の下方に前記補
水タンク14に接続しパイプ15で京時給水されるブー
ル3を設けるとともに殺菌灯2を取付け、前記ブール3
内へ下端に隙間をおいた隔板4を垂設しかつこの隔板4
の裏面に消音路5を付設して、この隔板4の下端隙間を
略U字状に巡る空気通路を形成し、吸引した空気をブー
ル3内で微粉屑を除去し殺菌した後、消音しながら上方
へ送り、上方フィルター6で清浄化し、外部へ放出する
。
ブール3の水面に粉塵等を付着させ、同時に殺菌処理し
、隔板4の下端を通して、消音路で通過速度を緩やかに
かつ消音してフィルターに送り浄化するのである。
殺菌灯2は、公知の紫外線殺菌灯にかぎらず、オゾン発
生管、などを併設してもよい。
中段に設けられた吸引機1には、先端に口広部20を取
付けかつ全方位に屈折自在な継手21を関節部23に装
備したフリーアーム(吸引ホース)9のエルボ根元の軸
91を略X状にバネ22でケース8に張設して、縦アー
ム92を矢標Sのように動かして任意の傾斜位置で停止
するようにしたフリーアーム9のエルボ開口後端を接続
している。

継手21は、円盤24.25の全周面のうちのほぼ全周
にわたり円錐形状の係止穴26をその縁が相互に接触す
るように連設し、この円盤24.25をたがいの円周面
が直角i1=交錯するように前記係止穴26を設けてい
ない周面の頂点でハンダ等で接合し、この接合点におい
て直角交錯して対偶どなるように円盤24.25それぞ
れに、円盤24.25を挟む、二股で基部にネジ孔27
を穿通しかつ基端部側面に二本の腕28を設けた回動杆
29.30を前記円盤24.25の中心で軸31で軸支
して回動自在とし、
前記回動杆29.30のネジ孔27にはボルト33を螺
合している。
そのポル[・33には、全面中央に筒状穴34を形成す
るとともにこの筒状穴34の中にコイルバネ35を介在
させてボール36を軸31方向へやや突出するように付
勢し、前記ボール36が前記円盤24.25の円周面に
当接するようにこのボルト33を前記ネジ孔27に螺合
している。
前記回動杆29.30の回動は、ボール36が円錐形状
の係止穴26の傾斜面に押されながら筒状穴34に沈み
込み次の係止穴26へ移動するとコイルバネ35の反発
力で前記係止穴26に係止する、という作用を繰返しな
がら回動する。
係止穴26を、円錐形状にしその縁を相互に接触させな
がら連接することにより、ボール3Gの摺動をなめらか
にするとともに係止個所を多くして前記回動杆29.3
