Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate steam in a bath room even if the temp. is 100 deg.C or lower and to decrease consumption of quantity of heat in a heating device as steam pressure is not required for steam ejection by spraying pressurized and heated water by means of a pressurizing device and a heating device from a spraying device in a misty condition. CONSTITUTION:In a bath room R, a mirror R7 fixed on the wall and a spray device N of the below described steam generating apparatus V on the side wall of a stool R3 are provided. In addition, a temp. sensor S detecting the temp. in the bath room is provided and is connected with a controlling apparatus C. The steam generating apparatus V is constituted of a warm water storing tank 4, a pressurizing device P, a heating device H, a spraying device N and pipings connecting them as shown in Figure 2. The warm water storing tank is a warm water-storing type electric water heating apparatus using low cost night electricity as a heat source and a large amt. of warm water at 70 deg.C is stored therein. The heating device H is made in such a structure that an electric wire as the heat source is wound on the outer periphery of a metal pipe such as a copper pipe while insulation is kept and heat generated in the electric wire is efficiently transferred to water flowing in the heating device H.

(B) Conventional technology Conventionally, as shown in Figure 3, a steam generator for a steam sauna heats and evaporates water by connecting an evaporator (V) with a heat source to a water source (V) such as a water supply. This steam is then led to the bathroom (Ro).

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration described above, in order to diffuse steam into the bathroom, the steam generator must generate at least 10% of water.
It does not work unless it is heated to 0℃, and steam pressure is used to eject water vapor into the bathroom.
There is a problem in that the amount of heat consumed is large and the economic burden is large.

Furthermore, since it takes time to heat the low-temperature water from the water source to IOO'C, the rise of steam generation is slow, and it takes a long time after starting the device until you can take a bath.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems In the present invention, a pressurizing stage whose suction side is connected to a hot water storage tank is connected to a pipe provided with a heating means in the middle, and the tip of the F pipe is installed in a bathroom for spraying. Provided is a steam generating device for a steam sauna, characterized in that the device is configured to emit steam by spouting pressurized and heated water from the spray hand r into a bathroom. This is what I am trying to do.

(E) Functions and Effects According to the present invention, water heated and heated by the pressurizing means and the heating means is sprayed in the form of mist from the spraying means, so that even if the temperature is 100°C or lower, steam is not generated. Furthermore, since steam pressure is not required for steam ejection, the amount of heat consumed by the heating means can be reduced and the steam sauna can be operated manually.

In particular, if you use a hot water storage type electric water heater that uses cheap nighttime electricity for the hot water storage tank, you can operate the steam sauna more economically, and it is also easier to use electric heat with a small calorific value as the heat source. This makes it possible to unify the heat source to electric heat, which is advantageous in terms of installation work and safety.
