Description
【0001】0001
The present invention relates to windows used in medium-to-high-rise housing complexes, etc.
【0002】0002
For example, sashes for windows in buildings have upper and lower frames inside a frame member that is fixed to concrete. From a pair of window panels, such as a pair of glass panels, that are fitted and held within the stile of the left and right stiles. The stile must ensure watertightness, airtightness, sound insulation, etc. when the shoji is closed. The purpose of this is to support the wind pressure applied to the glass plate. Publication No. 53-4665 discloses that the outer flange and inner flange are connected by a web. A stile with glass panes or panels swallowing grooves is disclosed.
【0003】0003
The frame described in Utility Model Publication No. 53-4665 is made of panels such as glass plates or window plates. Support, maintain watertightness and airtightness, and maintain wind pressure strength against the wind pressure that the panel receives. Therefore, the cross-sectional structure of the members is large, and the joining frames where the inner and outer shoji overlap are bulged. In particular, frames for window frame members used in medium- and high-rise apartment buildings should be designed with wind pressure in mind. In addition to increasing the amount of material required, the cross-sectional shape also becomes more complex, which increases processing time. Another drawback was that the living space was narrowed due to the swell of the stile.

This invention was devised in view of these problems, and the inventors and others used glass and frames. Focusing on the fact that the Young's modulus of aluminum is extremely similar, A sashless structure that does not expose the frame, or a simple structure similar to that, and In order to maintain the original performance, glass plates were fixed to the upper and lower frames and the left and right frames. A set of shoji is movably fitted into an opening in a wall consisting of upper and lower frames and left and right vertical frames. In the window, the supporting surface of the stile that supports the glass plate is bent in an L shape toward the indoor side. and a window in which the edge of the glass plate is bonded to the support surface with a structural sealant; The matching side vertical edge of the inner surface of the outer shoji and the matching side vertical edge of the outer surface of the inner shoji A molded part of an elastic body that engages in the in-plane direction of the shoji and comes into close contact with the shoji when the inner and outer shoji are sealed. To provide a window with protruding timber.

A specimen similar to three-sided sliding sliding shoji 4 and 5 was attached to a wind pressure tester, and the stress of glass plates 12 and 12 and the watertightness of molded members 18 and 19 were confirmed. 1. Shoji glass Dimensions: (W) 900 x (H) 1,800 x (t) 10 mm Sealing material: SE797 (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd., 2-component type silicone sealing material, 50% modulus: 4.6 Kgf /cm 2 ) 2. Installation state of shoji A molded member is provided at the position of the joining frame, and the three sides excluding the molded member side are hermetically fixed with a steel sash and a structural sealant, and the joined part is sealed with the molded member. 3. Wind pressure performance Positive pressure: 240kg/m 2 Negative pressure: -240kg/m 2 4. Although it is higher than the allowable edge bending stress of 180.0 Kg/cm 2 , in order to make it within the allowable value, it is sufficient to use a glass plate that is one rank thicker, and the wind pressure resistance strength can be directly borne by the glass plates 12, 12. It was confirmed that this is also possible.
Regarding the watertight performance, at pressures of 7 to 23 kg/m 2 (average pressure 15 kg/m 2 ), a small amount of water leaked from the joint part, but the lower frame was of a water-retention structure of a shoji that is normally used. A retest was conducted, and after confirming that there were no abnormalities, the pressure was increased to 25 to 75 kg/m 2 (average pressure 50 kg/m 2 ), but no water leakage was observed.
[0014] Inner and outer shoji 4 and 5 of the three-side support, the deflection and stress of the joint parts are suppressed. Since it has been confirmed that the upper stile 10 is inserted into the guide protrusion 20 of the upper stile 3, , except for the cross-sectional shape of the lower stile 11 to which the door wheels 6' and 7' are attached, the vertical stile 8 and 8' and the combined stile 9 and 9' can be made into a simple cross-sectional shape, and the expected rigidity of the frame is that of a glass plate. 12 and 12, and the role of the matching frames 9 and 9' is to keep the inner and outer shoji 4 and 5 watertight. This mechanism can only be used.
[0015] Therefore, instead of maintaining the wind pressure strength of the conventional joint frames 9 and 9', Since the rigidity of the glass plate 12 is used, the combined frame is made of only the inner and outer glass plates 12, 12. The cross-sectional shape of the connecting frames 9 and 9' is made extremely small to provide only support and confidentiality. The structure of the exterior glass surface is not obstructed by the stile, making it neat and tidy. It can have a different design.
