【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は給湯器と風呂釜との機能を有し、浴槽
への自動湯張りを行う自動風呂装置に関するもの

(従来の技術)
従来、この種装置においては自動湯張りを行つ
た場合、設定湯量で落し込みを停止する時に、い
きなり落し込み電磁弁を閉じていたのでウオータ
ーハンマーが生じるものであつた。又、この問題
を解決するものとして実開昭61−69765号公報に
示されるように停止直前に流量を絞るものがある
が、これでは落し込み系路に水制制御弁が必要で
あり、しかも水制御弁を駆動する手段や制御する
電気回路等が必要であり、高価なものとなるもの

(実施例)
1は自動風呂装置本体であつて、給湯器2と風
呂釜3とが内蔵されている。給湯器2の入水管4
には流量センサ6が設けられ、出湯管5には水量
制御弁7が設けられて給湯能力以上の流量を流さ
ないようにしている。8は給湯バーナで、比例弁
9が設けられており、設定温度や流量によつて燃
焼量を調節する。風呂釜3には浴槽10との間に
循環回路11が形成されており、該循環回路11
にはポンプ12が介設されると共に、その吸込側
に三方弁13を介して大気開放のホツパ14が接
続されている。15は風呂バーナである。16は
出湯管5から分岐された分岐管で、落し込み電磁
弁17が配されており、先端はボールタツプ18
によつて前記ホツパ14に接続されている。1
9,20はホツパ14内の水位スイツチであり、
19は高水位Hi、20は低水位Loを検知するも
のである。21は循環回路11に設けられる水位
センサで、浴槽10内の水位を検知するものであ
る。22は制御器で、落し込み電磁弁17やポン
プ12を始め給湯器2及び風呂釜3の制御を行う
ものである。23は台所等に設置される給湯カラ

次に自動給湯について説明する。図示しない自
動給湯スイツチの投入により落し込み電磁弁17
が開く(S1・S2)。すると給湯器2に水流が生
じ、それを流量センサ6で検知するとバーナ8が
燃焼を開始し、給湯が始まる。分岐管16に流れ
る湯はボールタツプ18を経てホツパ14内に流
れ込む。この時三方弁13は循環側(b−c開)
になつており、湯はホツパ14内に貯まつてい
く。水位スイツチLo20が水位を検知するとそ
の信号により三方弁13が落し込み側(a−b
開)に切換わり、同時にポンプ12がONする
(S3)。そして給湯器2からの湯はポンプ12に
よつて浴槽10へと送り出され、湯張りを行うの
である。この間ポンプ12の吐出量と給湯量との
バランスはボールタツプ18にて自動的に行なわ
れるのである。浴槽10の水位が設定水位になる
と水位センサ21が検知し、自動給湯停止信号を
発する(S4)。するとまず制御器22はポンプ1
2を停止させる(S5)。すると湯は搬送されなく
なるのでホツパ14内の水位は上昇する。水位が
上昇するとボールタツプ18は自動的に流量を絞
つてくる。一定時間(t1)経過後(S6)、落し込
み電磁弁17を閉じる。このままではホツパ14
内に湯が残つているので、再度ポンプ12を一定
時間(t2)駆動してホツパ14内を排水した後
(S8〜S10)、自動給湯が終了するのである

以上にように本考案は、自動給湯停止時にまず
ポンプを止め、ボールタツプによつて自動的に絞
られた後落し込み電磁弁を閉じるようにしたの
で、ウオーターハンマーの発生はなく、しかも水
制御弁やその駆動手段及び制御回路等を必要とせ
ず、制御器内のフローチヤートの小変更のみで従
来の器具構成で達成でき、安価なものとなるので

には落し込み電磁弁を配すと共に風呂の循環回路
に接続されるホツパにボールタツプを介して接続
し、循環回路には三方弁を設けてその一方を前記
ホツパと接続すると共にホツパからの水を吸込む
ポンプを設け、湯張り停止時にはポンプを停止さ
せた後に落し込み電磁弁を閉とするよう制御する
制御器とを設けたことを特徴とする自動風呂装
