ル、メタノール、塩化メチレンイソプロパツール等が知
られているが、溶剤の残留毒性の心配かなく卵黄の脂質
を充分に溶出させ、又、生薬の有効成分やビタミンを一
定量溶解可能な溶媒を種々検討した結果、エタノルが上
記の条件に最も合致することが分った。
