本発明は、金属ケースに形成したノイズフィルタ構造を

ス19の中間部に、コンデンサ部C′を有するアルミナ
基板20を設け、該アルミナ基板20の端子挿通孔21
にピン端子22を挿通固定し、該ピン端子22をアルミ
ナ基板20上のコンデンサ部C′を介して金属ケース1

端子22をハンダ接続28し、さらに、前記アース電極
層24を前記金属ケース19にハンダ付け29して成る
ものである。そして、第8図に示す回路図の如く、ピン
端子22はアルミナ基板20上のコンデンサ部C′を介

層を着設し、前記端子挿通孔に挿通した端子を該端子電
極層に接続し、前記金属ケースに絶縁ハウジングを一体

該ノイズフィルタ構造1は、導電性の金属ケース2の底

該誘電体層7上に導電性のアース電極層8を重ね合わせ
て設けると共に該アース電極層8の先端力8aを金属ケ
ース2の底壁3に接続させ、該アース電極層8及び前記
各層6,7の露出部16上に絶縁被膜9を覆設して、円
環状のコンデンサ部Cを構成させ、前記端子挿通孔4に
挿通したピン端子10と前記端子電極層6とをハンダ付

端子挿通孔4′側に接続した端子電極層6′を設けてな

である。また、第5図は、同じく金属ケース2に絶縁ハ
ウジング14を樹脂モールド成形により一体的に形成し

以上の如くに、本発明によれば、金属ケースに直接、絶
縁層と各電極層と誘電層とよりなるコンデンサ部を設け
たから、従来のアルミナ基板が不要となり、部品点数の
削減及びハンダ接続廃止に伴う工数低減や電気的接続の
信転性の同上並びに強度アップを達成することができる
