Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily reduce the oscillation generated in a belt driving system to feed a magnetic tape with a high precision by forming the flange part inside face of a belt pulley with a material whose coefficient of friction is lower than that of the belt contact face of the pulley. CONSTITUTION:A low-friction material is used in a flange part 902A of a pulley 9 used as a reel driving mechanism to suppress the occurrence of oscillation of a belt 8 due to contact between the side face of the belt 8 and the flange part 902A of the pulley. That is, a belt side face 802 is brought into contact with the flange part 902A of the pulley 9 when the belt 8 is oscillated, but the belt 8 is not lifted to the outside periphery of the pulley 9 because of the low coefficient of friction of the flange part 902A, and the belt 8 is not oscillated, and the running position is controlled to prevent the belt 8 from slipping off the pulley 9. Thus, oscillation generated in the belt driving system is easily reduced, and the magnetic tape is fed with a high precision.

If the belt (8) vibrates while driving IJ-# (6) or if the pulley (9) is tilted, the belt (8) will move from the side (802) on the entry side to the pulley (9). and the inner surface of the flange portion (902) of the pulley (9), the belt (8) rises to the outer circumference of the pulley (9) due to frictional force, and then returns to its original position due to the tension of the belt (8). Repeatedly, the vibrations become even more amplified.

Conventional reel drive devices are configured as described above, so vibrations generated due to poor precision of the parts that make up the drive system, deformation due to load, and fluctuations in drive load are transmitted to the belt (8
) to vibrate. The belt (8) that has moved m in this way is connected to the belt side (802) and the pulley (9) on the entrance side to the pulley (9).
9) should be in contact with the inner surface of the flange part (902).
f8) is lifted to the outer periphery of the pulley (9) by the frictional force, further expanding the vibration. The vibration of the belt (8) magnified in this way is transmitted to the capstan shaft (2) via the capstan pulley (7), and the vibration of the reel drive system is added to the rotation of the capstan shaft (2), causing magnetic Tape (1)
If the frictional force between the belt side surface (802) and the inner surface of the flange portion (902) becomes extremely large, the belt will move away from the boob groove (901). There were problems such as (8) coming off and damaging the side surface (802) of the bezel.
