Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 車体側に固設されるベース部材に操作レバーの基部を揺
動可能に支持し、前記操作レバーを倒伏位置から起立位
置に起こして制動するようにしたパーキングブレーキ装
置において、 前記ベース部材にラチェットプレートを固設し、該ベー
ス部材に前記基部を同心にして揺動可能に枢支され、前
記操作レバーが起立する際に該操作レバーと共に揺動す
る支持プレートを備え、 前記支持プレートにブレーキケーブルを連結するととも
に、前記支持プレートに、前記ラチェットプレートに噛
合する爪部材を装着し、該爪部材に被操作端を突設し、 前記操作レバーに、前記爪部材を噛合解除操作する操作
部材を装着し、 該操作部材に、前記爪部材を前記ラチェットプレートに
噛合する方向に付勢すべく、前記爪部材の被操作端に弾
撥的に当接するプッシュ部と、前記爪部材を前記噛合す
る方向と反対方向に移動して噛合解除操作すべく、前記
爪部材の被操作端に係合し、かつ、前記操作レバーが単
独で倒伏すべく、前記爪部材の被操作端から外れるフッ
ク部とをそれぞれ形成したことを特徴とするパーキング
ブレーキ装置。

The operated end of the claw member engages with the operated end of the claw member in order to disengage the members by moving the members in the opposite direction to the engaging direction, and the operated end of the claw member is moved so that the operating lever falls down independently.
