を取り付け、この取付板に支持台および絶縁棒を
介して線路側電極を有するとともに中空円柱状素
子体を積層した避雷器を取り付け、この避雷器の
線路側電極と対向する位置に任意距離を有して固
定電極を設け、前記避雷器の積層した中間円柱状
素子体の中空部を貫通して一端を前記容器の外部
にまで突出させ、他端に前記避雷器の線路側電極
と固定電極とを短絡するための可動電極を備えた
操作ロツドを可動自在に設けたことを特徴とする
