Description
ヒドロキシステアリン酸は、例えば、水添ひまし油脂肪酸に含有される。
また、親水性基含有ポリオールの割合は、マクロポリオール100質量部に対して、例えば、20質量部以下、好ましくは、10質量部以下、さらに好ましくは、5質量部以下である。
撹拌機、温度計、還流管、および、窒素導入管を備えた4つ口フラスコに、数平均分子量1000のメトキシポリエチレングリコール1000g(東邦化学工業社製)と、1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(三井化学社製)1682gとを仕込んだ。
表1~表2に記載の処方で、ポリイソシアネート、マクロポリオール、親水性基含有ポリオールおよび反応溶剤を混合し、80℃で反応させた。なお、比較例1では、マクロポリオールとともに、低分子量ポリオールを混合した。次いで、アミン当量が1140に到達した時点で、反応液を60℃以下まで降温させた。次いで、表1~表2に記載の希釈溶剤を反応液に添加し、さらに、40℃まで降温させた。次いで、表1~表2に記載の中和剤を反応液に添加し、10分間混合した。これにより、イソシアネート基末端プレポリマーを得た。
(1)樹脂塗膜
厚み200μmの塗膜が得られるように、ポリウレタン水分散液をポリプロピレン製のトレイに入れた。次いで、ポリウレタン水分散液を、室温で1日乾燥させ、その後、110℃で1時間乾燥させた。これにより、樹脂塗膜を得た。
樹脂塗膜の動的粘弾性スペクトルを、以下の条件で測定し、ガラス転移温度および軟化開始温度を求めた。
測定条件:測定開始温度-100℃、昇温速度5℃/min、測定周波数10Hz、引張モード、標線間長20mm、静/動応力比1.8
そして、貯蔵弾性率E’が1000000Paを示す温度を、軟化開始温度とした。
ポリウレタン水分散液を、エチレングリコールで固形分濃度25%に希釈した。次いで、希釈液を不織布に含浸させ、室温で1日乾燥させ、その後、150℃で10分間乾燥させた。これにより、合成擬革を得た。得られた合成擬革を、以下の基準で評価した。
△:肌触りがやや硬い。
×:肌触りが硬く、触感が悪い。
樹脂塗膜を、耐候性試験機(型番デューパネル光コントロールFDP、スガ試験機社製)にセットした。
次いで、60℃において、樹脂塗膜に28W/m2の光を30日間連続照射した。
×:黄変および/または白化が確認された。
樹脂塗膜を、室温において、オレイン酸に1日浸漬した。
○:質量変化率が10%未満であった。
×:質量変化率が10%以上であった。
樹脂塗膜およびイオン交換水を加圧試験機に入れ、150℃3時間加熱した。
○:質量変化率が10%未満であった。
×:質量変化率が10%以上であった。
ポリウレタン水分散液を、60℃において、3ヶ月保管した。次いで、保管前後のポリウレタン水分散液を用いて、上記(1)の方法で、樹脂塗膜を得た。
○:維持率80%以上
×:維持率80%未満

Claims (6)
- ポリウレタン樹脂を含むポリウレタン水分散液であり、
前記ポリウレタン樹脂は、
ポリイソシアネート、マクロポリオール、親水性基含有ポリオールおよび鎖伸長剤を含有する原料成分の反応生成物を含み、
前記ポリイソシアネートが、脂環族ポリイソシアネートからなり、
前記マクロポリオールが、植物由来マクロポリオールを含み、
前記鎖伸長剤が、
第1級アミノ基および/または第2級アミノ基を、1分子中に3つ以上有するポリアミンを含み、
前記反応生成物のバイオマス度が30%以上である、ポリウレタン水分散液。 - 前記脂環族ポリイソシアネートが、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサンを含有する、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン水分散液。
- 前記マクロポリオールが、植物由来ポリカーボネートポリオールを含む、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン水分散液。
- 前記ポリアミンが、ジエチレントリアミンを含む、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン水分散液。
- 請求項1に記載のポリウレタン水分散液の乾燥物を含む、合成擬革。
- 請求項1に記載のポリウレタン水分散液を含む、インク。
