Claims (17)
- エアロゾル送達装置であって、
電源と、
エアロゾル前駆体組成物を収容するリザーバと流体連通している噴霧器と、
電源と連絡して配置される分配機構であって、電源からの出力に応答して形状を変化させるように、かつリザーバから噴霧器へのエアロゾル前駆体組成物の流れを選択的に調節するように、構成された形状記憶合金を含むみ、噴霧器が、そこからエアロゾルを生成するように構成されている、当該分配機構と、
エアロゾル送達装置への吸引に対応する信号を出力するように構成されたフローセンサと、
吸引の検出に応答して電流が分配機構に出力され分配機構の形状が変化される状態をつくるコントローラと、
を含み、
電源、リザーバおよび噴霧器がそれぞれ、分離可能なハウジングに収容される、エアロゾル送達装置。 - 噴霧器が、液体輸送要素および加熱要素を含み、電源は、分配機構に電流を出力するように構成され、形状記憶合金は、電源によって供給される電流から生成される熱に応答して形状を変化させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。

分配機構と、それぞれが分離可能なハウジングに収容される電源と噴霧器とリザーバと、を提供することであって、リザーバはエアロゾル前駆体組成物を収容し、分配機構は、電源と連絡して配置され、形状記憶合金を含む、当該提供することと、
電源からの出力に応じて、リザーバから噴霧器へのエアロゾル前駆体組成物の流れを選択的に調節するために、分配機構の形状記憶合金の形状が変化されることと、
噴霧器を用い、エアロゾル前駆体組成物からエアロゾルが生成されることと、
センサによって吸引を検出すること、
を含み、
前記の分配機構の形状記憶合金の形状が変化されることは、吸引の検出に応答して制御される、
制御方法。 - 噴霧器を提供することが、分配機構であり、且つ、形状記憶合金を含む1つ以上のコイルと液体輸送要素とを含む、加熱要素を提供することを含み、1つ以上のコイルが液体輸送要素の周りに巻き付けられ、
分配機構の形状を変化させることが、1つ以上のコイルが液体輸送要素の外面から少なくとも部分的に離間されてエアロゾル前駆体組成物が液体輸送要素に流れ込むことを可能にする第1の形状から、電源からの電流から生成された熱に応答して1つ以上のコイルが液体輸送要素の外面と接触して液体輸送要素でエアロゾル前駆体組成物を加熱してそれによりエアロゾルを生成する第2の形状に、1つ以上のコイルを変化させることを含む、請求項11に記載の制御方法。 - コイルに対する電流の流れを停止することによって、第2の形状から第1の形状にコイルを戻すことをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の制御方法。
- 弁を含む分配機構の形状を変化させることが、エアロゾル前駆体組成物がリザーバから噴霧器に分配されるのを防ぐために弁が閉鎖構成にある第1の形状から、電源からの電流から生成された熱に応答してリザーバと噴霧器との間に画定されたポートに対してリザーバから噴霧器にエアロゾル前駆体組成物を分配することを可能にするために弁が開放構成にある第2の形状に、変化させることを含む、請求項11に記載の制御方法。
