- 左右方向に積層された複数の電池セルを備えたセルアセンブリと、
前記セルアセンブリを内部に収容するモジュールハウジングと、を含み、
前記モジュールハウジングは、前記セルアセンブリの上部を覆う上部プレート、前記セルアセンブリの左側部を覆う左側プレート、前記セルアセンブリの右側部を覆う右側プレート、及び前記セルアセンブリの下部を覆う下部プレートを含み、
前記左側プレート及び右側プレートの少なくともいずれか一方は、前記セルアセンブリの体積膨張が相対的に少ない少なくとも一部分を加圧するように、前記複数の電池セルと対面している内面から前記セルアセンブリに向かって突出した形態を有する支持部を備える、
バッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セルアセンブリの外面の少なくとも一部を囲むように配置される弾性パッドをさらに含み、
