Claims (8)
- 組織の特性を変えるよう組織にエネルギーを印加するエネルギー印加装置に接続されたエネルギー源と、
超音波測定器と、
信号プロセッサを有する測定装置と、
を有するシステムであって、前記信号プロセッサは、前記超音波測定器によって超音波測定信号を提供され、前記超音波測定信号から導出されるひずみレート値の時間平均並びに時間変化の最小及び最大によって規定される範囲の変化を検出し、前記システムは、前記検出される変化に応じて、前記エネルギー源から前記エネルギー印加装置へのエネルギーの送信を中断するように構成される、システム。 - 前記測定装置は、生物の心臓の運動を視覚化するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の電気活動を測定する測定ユニットを更に有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置は、前記ひずみレート値の表現を、心臓のエレクトログラム又は心電図と同期させる、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置は、前記心臓の前記エレクトログラム及び/又は表面心電図の1次元表現と共に、ひずみレート値の1次元表現を、組み合わされた画像にレンダリングする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー印加装置は、超音波、高周波電流、高周波、マイクロ波、又はレーザ放射から選択されるモダリティのうちの1つによってエネルギーを組織に印加する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー印加装置へのエネルギー送信の中断は、10乃至30パーセントのレンジの前記検出される変化に応じる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 組織にエネルギーを印加するシステムの作動方法であって、前記システムが、超音波測定器、信号プロセッサを有する測定装置、エネルギー源及びエネルギー印可装置を有し、前記方法が、
前記超音波測定器が、前記信号プロセッサに前記組織の超音波測定信号を提供するステップと、
前記エネルギー源が、前記エネルギー印可装置に前記組織にエネルギーを送信するステップと、
前記信号プロセッサが、前記超音波測定信号から導出されるひずみレート値の時間平均並びに時間変化の最小及び最大によって規定される範囲の変化を検出し、前記システムが、前記検出される変化に応じて、前記エネルギー源から前記エネルギー印可装置へのエネルギーの送信を中断するステップと、
を有する方法。
