Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明と同等の記載を付記する。
[1] 複数の圧力室を有するアクチュエータと、
前記複数の圧力室の一次側に設けられる第1共通液室と、
前記複数の圧力室の二次側に設けられる第2共通液室と、
前記圧力室と対向し、液体を吐出するノズルを複数有するノズルプレートと、
前記第1共通液室に液体を供給する供給孔及び前記第2共通液室から液体を排出する排出孔を有し、前記アクチュエータが設けられるベースプレートと、
前記供給孔に前記液体を供給する液体供給流路、前記排出孔からの前記液体を排出する液体排出流路、及び、温度制御を行う温調用液体が流れる温調用流路を有し、前記ベースプレートの前記アクチュエータが設けられる面と反対側の面に固定されるマニフォールドと、
を備える液体吐出ヘッド。
[2] メンテナンス用圧力室を備え、
前記排出孔は、前記メンテナンス用圧力室の二次側に配置され、
前記ノズルプレートは、前記メンテナンス用圧力室に対向するパージ用の穴を有する、[1]に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[3] 前記温調用流路の一部は、前記マニフォールドの前記ベースプレート側に開口し、
前記ベースプレートは、開口する前記温調用流路の一部を覆う、[1]又は[2]に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[4] 前記マニフォールドの長手方向で一端側に設けられ、前記液体供給流路と接続する液体供給管と、
前記マニフォールドの長手方向で一端側に設けられ、前記液体排出流路と接続するとともに、前記マニフォールドの短手方向で前記液体供給管と隣接する液体排出管と、
前記マニフォールドの長手方向で両端側にそれぞれ設けられ、前記温調用流路の一次側及び二次側と接続する一対の温調用管と、を備え、
前記一対の温調用管の一方は、前記液体供給管及び前記液体排出管と前記長手方向で隣接する、[1]乃至[3]のいずれか一項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
[5] [1]乃至[4]のいずれか一項に記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、
前記液体を吐出する対象物を支持する支持装置と、
を備える液体吐出装置。
Claims (4)
- 複数の圧力室を有するアクチュエータと、
前記複数の圧力室の一次側に設けられる第1共通液室と、
前記複数の圧力室の二次側に設けられる第2共通液室と、
前記圧力室と対向し、液体を吐出するノズルを複数有するノズルプレートと、
前記第1共通液室に液体を供給する供給孔及び前記第2共通液室から液体を排出する排出孔を有し、前記アクチュエータが設けられるベースプレートと、
前記供給孔に前記液体を供給する液体供給流路、前記排出孔からの前記液体を排出する液体排出流路、及び、温度制御を行う温調用液体が流れる温調用流路を有し、前記ベースプレートの前記アクチュエータが設けられる面と反対側の面に固定されるマニフォールドと、
を備え、
前記温調用流路は、前記マニフォールドの前記ベースプレート側に形成される温調水用開口を含み、
前記ベースプレートは、前記温調水用開口を覆い、
前記温調水用開口は、前記ベースプレートの前記複数の圧力室又は前記第2共通液室に対応する領域に設けられる、液体吐出ヘッド。 - メンテナンス用圧力室を備え、
前記排出孔は、前記メンテナンス用圧力室の二次側に配置され、
前記ノズルプレートは、前記メンテナンス用圧力室に対向するパージ用の穴を有する、請求項1に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記マニフォールドの長手方向で一端側に設けられ、前記液体供給流路と接続する液体供給管と、
前記マニフォールドの長手方向で一端側に設けられ、前記液体排出流路と接続するとともに、前記マニフォールドの短手方向で前記液体供給管と隣接する液体排出管と、
前記マニフォールドの長手方向で両端側にそれぞれ設けられ、前記温調用流路の一次側及び二次側と接続する一対の温調用管と、を備え、
前記一対の温調用管の一方は、前記液体供給管及び前記液体排出管と前記長手方向で隣接する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、
前記液体を吐出する対象物を支持する支持装置と、
を備える液体吐出装置。
