Claims (10)
- 水ガラスを含む透過性耐火性断熱材料であって、
2~40重量%の中空のプラスチックボールと、
55~95.0重量%のケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液と、
2~6重量%の水酸化アルミニウムと、
0.1~0.5重量%の水ガラス安定剤と、を含有する硬化性化合物からなり、
前記プラスチックボールの全表面には、全重量の0.1~1重量%を構成するカーボンブラックが設けられ、
前記水ガラス安定剤が親水性アルコキシアルキルーアンモニウム塩であることを特徴とする断熱材料。 - 前記プラスチックボールは、直径が1~50mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記プラスチックボールの材料は、ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記プラスチックボールの材料は、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエステル、フェノール樹脂、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液の密度は、1370~1400kg/m3の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の断熱材料。
- 前記ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液のNa2Oに対するSiO2のモル比は、3.2~3.4の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁材。
- 前記断熱材料は、グリセロールジアセテート/トリアセテートの化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の断熱材料。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の、水ガラスおよびプラスチックボールを含有する通気性防火材料の製造方法であって、
まず、前記プラスチックボールをカーボンブラックの水溶液と混合してその全体表面を被覆し、
次いで、ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液に添加して全体を混合して断熱混合物を形成し、
次いで、水ガラス安定剤を前記ケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液に加え、
次いで、グリセロールジアセテート/トリアセテートの化合物を混合し、さらに1~10分間撹拌してバインダー溶液を形成し、前記断熱混合物を前記バインダー溶液に絶えず撹拌しながら加え、全体を混合し、
次いで、型に注ぐことを特徴とする断熱材料の製造方法。 - 前記型に注いで得られた混合物から、所望の比率の断熱混合物およびバインダー溶液が得られるように、このような量のバインダー溶液をプレス手段によって押し出すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の断熱材料の製造方法。
- 請求項8または請求項9に記載の断熱材料の製造方法により得られた断熱材料を静置して硬化させることを特徴とする断熱材料の製造方法。
