Claims (6)
- 二次電池であって、
電極アセンブリ(1)、包装袋(2)、電極リード(3)及び絶縁ストリップ(4)を備え、
電極アセンブリ(1)は、包装袋(2)内に収納され、電極リード(3)は、電極アセンブリ(1)に接続され、且つ長さ方向(X)に沿って包装袋(2)の外部に延在され、
電極アセンブリ(1)は、複数の電極シート(11)及びセパレータ(13)を備え、連続でストリップ状のセパレータ(13)は、複数の電極シート(11)を分離させ、
電極アセンブリ(1)の外表面は、第1面(14)及び第2面(15)を含み、第2面(15)の面積は、第1面(14)の面積より小さく、第1面(14)は、二つであり、且つ厚さ方向(Z)に沿って互いに対向しており、第2面(15)は、二つであり、且つ幅方向(Y)に沿って互いに対向しており、各第2面(15)は、二つの第1面(14)を接続させ、
絶縁ストリップ(4)の少なくとも一部は、第2面(15)に設置され、長さ方向(X)に沿って、絶縁ストリップ(4)の少なくとも一端は、電極シート(11)を超えており、超えている部分は、前記電極シート(11)に向けて折り曲げられており、
セパレータ(13)の末尾は、終了線(L)を形成し、絶縁ストリップ(4)は、少なくとも終了線(L)の一部を覆っており、
絶縁ストリップ(4)は、第1部分(41)及び第2部分(42)を含み、第2部分(42)は、第2面(15)に接着され、第1部分(41)は、第2部分(42)における第1面(14)に接近する端部に接続され且つ第1面(14)に接着され、
幅方向(Y)において、第1部分(41)における第2部分(42)から離れた端部は、第1面(14)の中心線を超えていなく、
幅方向(Y)に沿った第1部分(41)のサイズは、2mmより大きい、
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 絶縁ストリップ(4)は、厚さが10μm~50μmであり、弾性率が1Gpa~6Gpaである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 長さ方向(X)において、絶縁ストリップ(4)の端部は、セパレータ(13)を超えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 絶縁ストリップ(4)は、複数設置され、前記複数の絶縁ストリップ(4)は、第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)及び第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)を含み、第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)及び第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)はそれぞれ二つの第2面(15)に設置され、
長さ方向(X)に沿って、第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)及び第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)の両端はいずれも電極シート(11)を超えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 絶縁ストリップ(4)は、複数設置され、前記複数の絶縁ストリップ(4)は、第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)及び第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)を含み、
第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)及び第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)は、一つの第2面(15)に設置され、且つ長さ方向(X)に沿って間隔を隔てて配置され、
長さ方向(X)において、第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)における第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)から離れた端部は、電極シート(11)の一端を超えており、第2絶縁ストリップ(4b)における第1絶縁ストリップ(4a)から離れた端部は、電極シート(11)の他端を超えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 包装袋(2)は、二層の包装膜(22)を含み、且つ少なくとも一層の包装膜(22)がキャビティ(23)を有し、二層の包装膜(22)は、キャビティ(23)の周囲で接続されて密閉部(21)を形成し、
電極アセンブリ(1)は、二層の包装膜(22)の間に位置し、且つキャビティ(23)内に収納され、
各包装膜(22)は、保護層(221)、金属層(222)及び接続層(223)を含み、接続層(223)は、金属層(222)における電極アセンブリ(1)に面する表面に設置され、保護層(221)は、金属層(222)における電極アセンブリ(1)から離れた表面に設置され、
電極リード(3)は、二層の包装膜(22)の間を貫通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
