Claims (9)
- 粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)であって、
ワークトップ(18)と、
ワークエリア(20、120)と、
前記ワークエリアに粉末層を堆積させる装置(29、129)と、
前記ワークエリアに堆積した前記粉末層を選択的に固めるのに使用される熱又はエネルギー源(14)と、
を備え、
前記粉末層を堆積させる装置が、
前記ワークエリアの近傍で前記ワークトップに対して移動する粉末を受け入れるための可動要素(28、128)と、
前記可動要素上に前記粉末のビードを分配する装置(32、132)と、
前記可動要素から前記ワークエリアに向かって前記粉末のビードを拡散する粉末拡散装置(30)と、
を含み、
前記可動要素(28)は、前記ワークエリア(20)に対して横断水平方向(D36)で並進移動するように取り付けられたスライド(36)の形態をとり、前記スライドが前記粉末拡散装置(30)の軌道の外側に配置される格納位置と、前記スライドが前記粉末拡散装置(30)の軌道内に少なくとも部分的に延在する展開位置との間を移動し、又は前記可動要素(128)は、その全周にわたって前記ワークエリア(120)を外部から取り囲み、前記ワークエリア(120)の周りを回転移動し、
前記可動要素の上面(S28、S128)の少なくとも一部は、前記ワークトップの上面(S18)の上方に配置され、かつ/又は前記可動要素の上面(S28、S128)の少なくとも一部は、前記ワークトップの前記上面(S18)の下方に配置され、
前記可動要素の上面の少なくとも一部が、前記ワークトップの上面の延長部に配置され、前記可動要素がまた、前記可動要素の上面の上方に上昇した少なくとも1つの隆起形態(60)及び/又は前記可動要素の上面の下方に延びる少なくとも1つの凹状形態(62)を含むことを特徴とする、粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。 - 前記可動要素の上面に凹状形態が機械加工される、請求項1に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 隆起形態又は凹状形態が、複数の基本パターン(M)から構成される、請求項2に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 前記可動要素の上面に単一の凹状形態(64)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 前記可動要素の上面に設けられた前記単一の凹状形態は、垂直面において矩形断面の凹部の形態をとり、150マイクロメートルから2ミリメートルの間の範囲の垂直方向の高さをとる、請求項4に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 前記単一の凹状形態が、前記可動要素の上面の幅(W28)の少なくとも80%に等しい幅(W64)にわたって延びる、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 前記単一の凹状形態が、前記ワークエリアの最大横方向寸法よりも大きい距離にわたって長手方向に延びる、請求項4から6の何れかに記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 前記可動要素は、前記ワークトップに設けられたレセプタクル(38)内の前記ワークエリアの近傍で移動する、請求項1に記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
- 粉末のビードを分配する前記装置が固定された状態で、前記可動要素が前記粉末のビードを分配する前記装置の下方を移動する、請求項1から8の何れかに記載の粉末床堆積による付加製造機械(10)。
