Description
最初に本開示の実施態様を列挙して説明する。
以下に、本開示の実施形態について説明する。本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内での全ての変更が含まれることが意図される。
本開示の実施形態1について、図1から図9を参照しつつ説明する。図1に示されるように、本実施形態における雌端子1は、タブ81を有する雄端子80(タブ81のみ図示)と接続される。雌端子1は、端子本体10と、端子本体10とは別体に形成されて、端子本体10に取り付けられる補助バネ70と、を備えるものである。以下の説明においては、矢線Zで示される方向を上方とし、矢線Yで示される方向を前方とし、矢線Xで示される方向を左方として説明する。また、複数の同一部材については、一部の部材にのみ符号を付し、他の部材については符号を省略する場合がある。
続いて、実施形態1の作用効果について説明する。図9に示されるように、雌端子1の前方にレーザー光照射装置60が配され、雌端子1の後方にレーザー光受光装置61が配される。レーザー光照射装置60から、接続筒部20の内部に向けてレーザー光L1,L2,L3が照射される。
次に、本開示の実施形態2に係る雌端子101について、図10から図13を参照しつつ説明する。図10、図11及び図12に示されるように、接続筒部120の側壁123は、補助バネ170の突部175の左方、及び右方に対応する位置に、それぞれ、側壁123を左右方向に貫通する貫通孔131を有する。図10に示されるように、貫通孔131は、左右方向から見て、略長方形状をなしている。貫通孔131の内形状は、突部175の先端の外形状よりも大きく形成されている。

Claims (7)
- 雄端子と接続する雌端子であって、
前記雄端子が挿入されるとともに前後方向に延びる接続筒部と、前記接続筒部内に設けられて前記雄端子と弾性的に接触する弾性接触片と、前記接続筒部内に配されて前記弾性接触片と接触して前記弾性接触片を前記雄端子に向けて付勢する補助バネと、を備え、
前記接続筒部は、底壁と、前記底壁と対向する上壁と、を有するとともに、前方に開口する前開口部を有し、
前記弾性接触片は、前記接続筒部内において前記底壁の前端縁から後方に折り返された支点部と、前記支点部よりも後方の位置に設けられて前記雄端子と接触する接点部と、を有し、
前記補助バネは、前記支点部よりも後方の位置であり、且つ前記接点部よりも下方の位置に配されており、
前記補助バネは前後方向と交差する方向に突出する突部を有し、
前記突部と、前記上壁の内面とが、前記接続筒部の前記前開口部から視認可能である雌端子。 - 前記接続筒部は後方に開口する後開口部を有し、
前記接続筒部の前記前開口部に前方から入射したレーザー光が、前記後開口部から出射するようになっている請求項1に記載の雌端子。 - 前記接続筒部は、前記底壁の側縁から前記上壁に向かって延びる側壁を有し、
前記突部の先端は、前記側壁より内側に位置している請求項1または請求項2に記載の雌端子。 - 前記接続筒部は、前記底壁の側縁から前記上壁に向かって延びる側壁を有し、
前記側壁には前記突部に対応する位置に前記側壁を貫通する貫通孔が形成されており、
前記突部は前記貫通孔の孔縁部と当接することにより前記補助バネが過度にたわみ変形することを抑制するようになっている請求項1または請求項2に記載の雌端子。 - 前記突部の先端は、前記側壁の外面より内側に位置している請求項4に記載の雌端子。
- 前記弾性接触片は、前記接点部よりも後方の位置に、前記補助バネと当接する当接部を有し、
前記補助バネは、前記当接部と当接して前記弾性接触片を付勢する付勢部を有し、
前記突部は、前記補助バネのうち前記付勢部よりも後方の位置に設けられている請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の雌端子。 - 前記接続筒部とは別体の前記補助バネが、前記接続筒部内に固定されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の雌端子。
