Claims (9)
- 電極組立体が収容される電極組立体収容部が形成され、一側に開口された缶本体と、
前記缶本体の前記一側の端部を覆って開口を密閉し、前記電極組立体の電極リードが貫通する貫通孔が形成された蓋体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、熱を伝達する本体ヒートパイプ(heat pipe)部を含み、
前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、
前記電極リードで発生した熱が前記蓋体から前記缶本体に伝達される時に、前記缶本体を介して放熱されるように熱を伝達し、
前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、
前記電極組立体収容部側に位置した内壁と、
前記内壁と所定の間隔で離隔した外壁と、
前記内壁と前記外壁との間に位置し、前記内壁と前記外壁との間の空間を区画して複数の本体区画空間を形成する区画ブロックと、
前記本体区画空間に収容される揮発性熱媒体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、前記蓋体から、前記電極リードで発生した熱の伝達を受けて放熱させ、
前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、前記缶本体の、収容される前記電極組立体を囲う周方向の全体に設けられ、前記内壁は、前記缶本体に収容される前記電極組立体の外周面の全体に対向し、前記本体区画空間は、前記缶本体の前記周方向の全体において、前記本体ヒートパイプ部に設けられる、二次電池用缶。 - 前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、前記缶本体の長さ方向に沿って複数の列および行の少なくともいずれか一つ以上の形態に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池用缶。
- 前記区画ブロックは、
一側部が幅方向に前記内壁に備えられ、他側部が前記外壁で備えられる、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池用缶。 - 前記蓋体は、
前記電極リードで発生した熱が前記蓋体を介して放熱されるように熱を伝達する蓋体ヒートパイプ部を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用缶。 - 前記蓋体ヒートパイプ部は、
前記電極組立体収容部側に位置した内側板と、
前記内側板と所定の間隔で離隔した外側板と、
前記内側板と前記外側板との間に位置し、前記内側板と前記外側板との間の空間を区画して複数の蓋体区画空間を形成する区画部と、
前記蓋体区画空間に収容される揮発性熱媒体とを含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池用缶。 - 前記揮発性熱媒体は、
アセトン、水、フロン、およびアンモニアのうち少なくともいずれか一つ以上からなる、請求項5に記載の二次電池用缶。 - 前記揮発性熱媒体が収容された前記本体区画空間および前記蓋体区画空間は、密閉された真空状態の空間である、請求項6に記載の二次電池用缶。
- 前記缶本体および前記蓋体は、アルミニウムまたは銅材料を含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用缶。
- 電極組立体および缶を含み、
前記缶は、
前記電極組立体が収容される電極組立体収容部が形成され、一側に開口された缶本体と、
前記缶本体の前記一側の端部を覆って開口を密閉し、前記電極組立体の電極リードが貫通する貫通孔が形成された蓋体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、前記電極リードで発生した熱が前記蓋体から前記缶本体の前記一側の端部に伝達される時に、前記缶本体を介して放熱されるように熱を伝達する本体ヒートパイプ部を含み、
前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、
前記電極組立体収容部側に位置した内壁と、
前記内壁と所定の間隔で離隔した外壁と、
前記内壁と前記外壁との間に位置し、前記内壁と前記外壁との間の空間を区画して複数の本体区画空間を形成する区画ブロックと、
前記本体区画空間に収容される揮発性熱媒体とを含み、
前記缶本体は、前記蓋体から、前記電極リードで発生した熱の伝達を受けて放熱させ、
前記本体ヒートパイプ部は、前記缶本体の、収容される前記電極組立体を囲う周方向の全体に設けられ、前記内壁は、前記缶本体に収容される前記電極組立体の外周面の全体に対向し、前記本体区画空間は、前記缶本体の前記周方向の全体において、前記本体ヒートパイプ部に設けられる、二次電池。
