Description
特に、バッテリーモジュールに多数の二次電池が収納される場合、多数の二次電池の荷重によってモジュールケースの中心部分がさらに大きく変形し、問題を悪化させることがある。
少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の二次電池と、
内部空間を形成するように構成されたカバー部、底部及び側部を備え、内部空間に複数の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
モジュールケースの内部に位置し、カバー部の下面及び底部の上面に固定された補強部材と、
を含む。
補強部材は、複数の二次電池の側部に沿って水平方向に延びたプレート状であり、少なくとも一部分が複数の二次電池同士の離隔した空間に向かって突出した屈曲形状を有し得る。
一方向に延びた本体部と、
本体部の両端部のそれぞれからモジュールケースの内面と対面するように折り曲げられ、接着部材によってモジュールケースの内面に接合された折曲部と、
を備え得る。
接着部材が内部に満たされるように本体部の一部分が内側に凹んだ収容溝と、
接着部材が収容されるように折曲部の一部分が打ち抜かれた結合孔と、
を備え得る。
一対のプレート同士の間には、接着部材が充填され得る。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の二次電池と、
内部空間を形成するように構成されたカバー部、底部及び側部を備え、前記内部空間に前記複数の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に位置し、前記カバー部の下面及び前記底部の上面に固定された補強部材と、
を含み、
前記複数の二次電池は、所定の間隔で離隔して配列され、
前記補強部材は、前記複数の二次電池の側部に沿って水平方向に延びたプレート状であり、少なくとも一部分が前記複数の二次電池同士の離隔した空間に向かって突出した屈曲形状を有する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の二次電池と、
内部空間を形成するように構成されたカバー部、底部及び側部を備え、前記内部空間に前記複数の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に位置し、前記カバー部の下面及び前記底部の上面に固定された補強部材と、
を含み、
前記補強部材は、
一方向に延びた本体部と、
前記本体部の両端部のそれぞれから前記モジュールケースの内面と対面するように折り曲げられ、接着部材によって前記モジュールケースの内面に接合された折曲部と、
を備え、
前記補強部材は、
前記接着部材が内部に満たされるように前記本体部の一部分が内側に凹んだ収容溝と、
前記接着部材が収容されるように前記折曲部の一部分が打ち抜かれた結合孔と、
を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 少なくとも一方向に配列された複数の二次電池と、
内部空間を形成するように構成されたカバー部、底部及び側部を備え、前記内部空間に前記複数の二次電池を収納するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に位置し、前記カバー部の下面及び前記底部の上面に固定された補強部材と、
を含み、
前記補強部材は、
一方向に延びた本体部と、
前記本体部の両端部のそれぞれから前記モジュールケースの内面と対面するように折り曲げられ、接着部材によって前記モジュールケースの内面に接合された折曲部と、
を備え、
前記補強部材は、一方向に延びて互いに所定の距離で離隔して内部空間を形成する一対のプレートを備え、
前記一対のプレート同士の間には、前記接着部材が充填される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記補強部材を前記モジュールケースの前記カバー部の前記下面、前記底部の前記上面、及び前記側部の内面のうち少なくとも一つに固定するように構成された接着部材をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接着部材は、前記複数の二次電池同士が離隔した空間に満たされた突出部を備える、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記一対のプレートのそれぞれには、前記一対のプレート同士の間の内部空間と外部とが連通するように構成された開口が形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
