Description
Claims (12)
- a.実質的に水平で、内部底面および前記内部底面の反対側の外部底面を有する底部と、
b.前記底部から上方に延び、前記底部を取り囲んで流体保持内部領域を形成する実質的に直立した側壁と、
c.前記外部底面に埋め込まれた、銅からなる第1の金属メッシュと、
d.前記外部底面、および、前記第1の金属メッシュの少なくとも一部に埋め込まれた、強磁性ステンレス鋼からなる第2の金属メッシュと、
を備え、
e.前記外部底面は、前記第1および第2の金属メッシュの露出部分と、前記第1および第2の金属メッシュ内の空間を通って延在する前記外部底面の部分とから本質的に構成され、前記第2の金属メッシュは少なくとも部分的に前記第1の金属メッシュに埋め込まれている、調理器具物品。 - 前記第1および第2の金属メッシュ以外の容器が、実質的にアルミニウムおよびアルミニウム合金のいずれかで形成され、酸化アルミニウム層で覆われた1つ以上の内面部分および外面部分を有する、請求項1に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第1の金属メッシュが約0.5から約1mmの厚さを有し、前記第2の金属メッシュが前記第1の金属メッシュの厚さよりも小さい厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第1の金属メッシュまたは前記第2の金属メッシュの一方が、約0.5から約1mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第1の金属メッシュまたは前記第2の金属メッシュの一方が、約3mmから約4mmの幅の開口部を有する、請求項3に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第1の金属メッシュまたは前記第2の金属メッシュの一方が、約0.5mmから約1mmの開口部の間の金属の幅を有する、請求項3に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第1の金属メッシュまたは前記第2の金属メッシュの一方が、約0.5mmから約1mmの開口部の間の金属の幅を有する、請求項4に記載の調理器具物品。
- 調理器具容器を形成するための方法であって、
a.アルミニウムディスクを用意するステップと、
b.強磁性ステンレス鋼のメッシュおよび銅のメッシュを用意するステップと、
c.前記アルミニウムディスクを深絞り加工して、流体を保持することができる容器であって、内部底面および外部底面を有する容器を形成するステップと、
d.前記銅のメッシュを前記容器の前記外部底面に少なくとも部分的に延在させるために、前記銅のメッシュを、前記アルミニウムディスクまたは前記容器の一方の一部に埋め込むステップと、
e.前記強磁性ステンレス鋼のメッシュを、前記銅のメッシュと、前記銅のメッシュの孔の間にある前記アルミニウムディスクの部分または前記容器の前記外部底面の部分の一方とに埋め込むステップと、
を含む、調理器具容器を形成するための方法。 - 前記銅のメッシュおよび前記強磁性ステンレス鋼のメッシュは、前記容器の前記外部底面または前記アルミニウムディスクの中央部の一方に同時に埋め込まれる、請求項8に記載の調理器具容器を形成するための方法。
- 前記強磁性ステンレス鋼のメッシュを埋め込むステップにおいて、前記強磁性ステンレス鋼のメッシュが前記銅のメッシュの部分を少なくとも部分的に変形させる、請求項8に記載の調理器具容器を形成するための方法。
- 前記第2の金属メッシュが前記第1の金属メッシュに対して斜めになっている、請求項1に記載の調理器具物品。
- 前記第2の金属メッシュが前記第1の金属メッシュと整列しており、前記第2の金属メッシュが前記第1の金属メッシュからオフセットしている、請求項1に記載の調理器具物品。
