Description

Claims (18)
- 実体を冷却するための熱管理システムであって、
(i)液相と気相との間を移り変わる間の冷却剤の流れのための閉ループ流体フローラインであって、該閉ループ流体フローラインは、閉ループ経路に沿って異なるゾーン間に圧力差を提供し、
前記閉ループ流体フローラインは、オリフィス、一方向弁、前記閉ループ流体フローラインの変形した断面、および入口と出口との間の液体の流れ経路を画定する本体のうち少なくとも1つを含む、少なくとも1つの制限機構を含み、前記少なくとも1つの制限機構は異なるゾーン間に前記圧力差を提供し、前記本体の画定する流れ経路は、略曲線状の流れ経路、あるいは迷路経路である、ことを特徴とする閉ループ流体フローライン、
(ii)前記閉ループ流体フローライン内にあり且つ複数の冷却インターフェースを含む少なくとも1つの冷却ゾーン、
(iii)前記冷却ゾーンにおいて真空状態を作成且つ維持して、それにより前記冷却ゾーンにある前記冷却剤の蒸発温度を下げるために操作可能な真空発生装置ユニット、
(iv)前記閉ループ経路に沿って前記冷却ゾーンから流れる前記冷却剤の方向に対して下流の前記冷却インターフェースから離れて間隔を空けた凝縮ゾーンであって、前記冷却剤が液相へと凝縮される、凝縮ゾーン
を含み、
実体に冷却剤を衝突させること無しに実体を冷却させる、熱管理システム。 - 前記真空発生装置の操作と前記閉ループ流体フローラインの構成は、前記冷却インターフェースが潜熱を介して望ましい温度に冷却されることを可能にする冷却インターフェースにおける冷却剤の蒸発温度の低下、及び、前記凝縮ゾーンにおいて冷却剤蒸気の凝縮を提供する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記本体は、前記流れ経路の少なくとも一部に沿った液体の乱流を得るために、内壁から突出する1つ以上のフィンを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱管理システム。
- 制限機構は、制限機構に入る液体の圧力が液体を出す圧力よりも高くなるように、中を通る液体に影響を及ぼすように構成され、且つそのように操作可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 冷却インターフェースは冷却される前記実体と直接接触した状態にあり、それによりシステムは前記実体の直接接触液体冷却(DCLC)をもたらす、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 凝縮ゾーンは、周囲圧力に晒された又はそれを有するフローラインの領域により画定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 凝縮ゾーンは凝縮器ユニットにより画定され、それにより、凝縮器ユニットに周囲圧力よりも高い圧力をもたらす、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記冷却インターフェースは、高熱伝導性を備えた材料の組成物で作られ、前記材料は銅又はアルミニウムを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記真空発生装置の操作の自動制御をもたらすように構成され且つそのように操作可能な制御ユニットを更に含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 真空発生装置はダイアフラム真空ポンプである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 真空発生装置は外部電源に接続可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 前記真空発生装置は、持ち運び可能なバッテリーで作動するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- ・リザーバー、
・1つ以上のスプリッター、
・前記閉ループ流体フローラインを形成する冷却剤パイプ、
・電源ワイヤー、
・ユーザーインターフェース、
・温度センサー、
・送信器、及び
・プロセッサとメモリ
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至12の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。 - 持ち運び可能なユニットとして構成される、請求項1乃至13の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システム。
- 冷却インターフェースの付近で自身の少なくとも一部を冷却するために被験体により着用可能となるように構成される、請求項14に記載の熱管理システム。
- 冷却される実体と、前記実体に関連付けられる請求項1乃至15の何れか1つに記載の熱管理システムとを含むシステムであって、前記冷却される実体は、熱を発生させるCPU、GPU、又は他の電子部品、熱を発生させるコンピューター又は他の電子デバイス、医薬品、ヒトの臓器から選択される、システム。
- 冷却される実体は、冷却剤と直接接触した電子部品である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 冷却剤は、電子部品と直接接触している間に液相から気相へと移り変わる、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
