Claims (9)
- 電気駆動機械の固定子であって、
前記固定子は本体(1)を備え、
前記本体は、
回転子を収容するための空洞(12)と、
巻線の導電体(7)を収容するための、前記本体(1)を通って軸方向に延びる複数のスロット(2)であって、内部が前記本体(1)から電気的に絶縁され、流体密であるスロット(2)と、を有し、
それぞれのエンドプレート(4)が、前記固定子の各端部に形成され、前記本体(1)に流体密に取り付けられ、それにより流体が前記エンドプレート(4)と前記本体(1)との間に入って前記本体(1)の前記空洞(12)に達することができないことを保証し、
前記エンドプレート(4)が径方向部品(5)及び軸方向部品(6)を有し、前記軸方向部品(6)が挿入体(8)を有し、前記挿入体(8)が、前記エンドプレート(4)の材料でオーバーモールド成形された材料繊維を含む、固定子。 - 前記挿入体(8)が、繊維強化プラスチック複合材を含む、請求項1に記載の固定子。
- 前記挿入体(8)の表面が、前記エンドプレート(4)の表面に対応する、
請求項1に記載の固定子。 - 前記挿入体(8)が、前記エンドプレート(4)の前記軸方向部品(6)に対応する、請求項1に記載の固定子。
- 請求項1-4のいずれか1項に記載の固定子を製造するための方法であって、
前記本体(1)を提供するステップと、
スロット絶縁体(3)を提供し、それにより前記スロット(2)のおのおのの内部が前記本体(1)から電気的に絶縁され、流体密であることを保証するステップと、
前記本体(1)の2つの端部それぞれに、それぞれのエンドプレート(4)を形成するステップであって、前記エンドプレート(4)が前記本体(1)に流体密に取り付けられ、それにより流体が前記エンドプレート(4)と前記本体(1)との間に入って前記本体(1)の前記空洞(12)に達することができないことを保証するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記エンドプレート(4)を形成する前記ステップが、
前記エンドプレート(4)の材料で材料繊維を少なくとも部分的にオーバーモールド成形することによって前記エンドプレート(4)を製造し、前記オーバーモールド成形された材料繊維が前記挿入体(8)を形成することと、
前記本体(1)の前記2つの端部それぞれに、それぞれのエンドプレート(4)を取り付けることとを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記エンドプレート(4)を形成する前記ステップが、
前記エンドプレート(4)の材料で前記挿入体(8)をオーバーモールド成形することによって前記エンドプレート(4)を製造し、前記挿入体(8)が繊維強化プラスチック複合材を含むことと、
前記本体(1)の前記2つの端部それぞれに、それぞれのエンドプレート(4)を取り付けることとを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記挿入体(8)の表面が前記エンドプレート(4)の表面に対応する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記エンドプレート(4)を形成する前記ステップが、
前記エンドプレートの前記径方向部品(5)を、前記本体(1)の前記対応する端部に取り付けることと、
前記挿入体を前記エンドプレート(4)の前記径方向部品(5)に取り付けることとを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
